The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Elmo Jaanovits in the 6th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Tristan Falco prevented the ball from getting in the gole. William Rigg could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 8th minute of the match, but Franko Armani made a huge save. William Rigg received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Franko Armani came out and tried to block the shot, but William Rigg slotted it home off the left post making it 1-0 in the 8th minute. 11 minutes into the match, Siro Porfiro had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Tristan Falco. The Valar's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Siro Porfiro was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-1. An unexpectedly hard shot by Lia Crucet in the 15th minute of play forced The Valar's goalkeeper Tristan Falco to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Teodelina FC's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Daniel Garnero in the 19th minute. The throw-in from Martin Mols in the 22nd minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by Teodelina FC's Eduardo Pirro. In the 26th minute, Elmo Jaanovits ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Tristan Falco was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-2. With a little luck, Teodelina FC's Franko Armani got control of the ball when William Rigg tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 35th minute Elmo Jaanovits shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Tristan Falco saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 35 played minutes Teodelina FC got a freekick which was hit by Lia Crucet. After 37 minutes of play, The Valar's Alfred Hajto made it 2-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Franko Armani was left in no man's land by his defense there! With a little luck, Teodelina FC's Franko Armani got control of the ball when Elias Mambru tried to sneak it across the goal line. The Valar's attentive Codruț Uncheşu managed to snatch the ball when Bernardo Franco made a throw-in in the 45th minute of the game. The score stood at 2-2 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

The wind increased when Elmo Jaanovits made the kick off in the second half. The supporters of The Valar booed when Teodelina FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 54 match minutes in a wonderful position. Bernardo Franco didn't get a good kick on the ball. 55 minutes into the match, Teodelina FC's goal looked a bit too open when Alfred Hajto came free, but Franko Armani reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 59th minute the ball was on its way in behind The Valar's goalkeeper Tristan Falco, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. After 62 played minutes The Valar got a freekick which was hit by Cristian Ozon. If Alfred Hajto had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 66th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Teodelina FC's Silvano Baladi was substituted for Elmo Jaanovits. Teodelina FC made a substitution. Lucas Erruz replaced Cristinel Buzoianu. After 81 played minutes The Valar got a freekick which was hit by Codruț Uncheşu. 88 minutes into the game, Silvano Baladi cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-4. Tristan Falco was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. The audience was convinced that Silvano Baladi's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Tristan Falco was relentless in the 93rd minute of the game. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. Teodelina FC walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
