Jan-Olof Eliasson fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 34th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jarrod Leary having to interfere. Jarrod Leary made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Clemente Anaya in the 40th minute of play. Jarrod Leary took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Clemente Anaya, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 44th minute Osvaldinho Ósvaldsson shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Belchior Saldanha saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Racing Miami Futbol Club's Larry Cermak was substituted for Xu Yuan Lin. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 1-0.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Jan-Olof Eliasson made a kick off. Simon Roldan made in the 57th minute of the game a sloppy throw-in which Juan Gotzon however managed to control. An unexpectedly hard shot by Osvaldinho Ósvaldsson in the 59th minute of play forced La Gallardeta's goalkeeper Belchior Saldanha to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 60thth minute of the game Osvaldinho Ósvaldsson who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but La Gallardeta's Belchior Saldanha was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. After 66 played minutes Racing Miami Futbol Club got a freekick which was hit by Anton Swanson. Racing Miami Futbol Club made a substitution. Chance Adams replaced Osvaldinho Ósvaldsson. Anton Swanson hit a great freekick 67 minutes into the match. Peter Hood kicked well hit freekick during the 68th minute of the match. Vintilă Guriță's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Jarrod Leary read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 69th minute of play. La Gallardeta's Belchior Saldanha played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Chance Adams in the 70th minute of play. Wilfred Vrede fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 75th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jarrod Leary having to interfere. Chance Adams recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 76th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 86 minutes into the match, Racing Miami Futbol Club's goal looked a bit too open when Clemente Anaya came free, but Jarrod Leary reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After a rather tough play, Racing Miami Futbol Club's Sol Bartlett got a free kick in the 93rd minute. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. Racing Miami Futbol Club had won after a very even match.
