In the 4th minute, Arman Eriksson ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Baqer Al Khobaize was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. In the 10th minute, Arman Eriksson left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Leeds United FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-2. 14 minutes into the match, U21 Kuwait's goal looked a bit too open when Arman Eriksson came free, but Baqer Al Khobaize reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 15 minutes into the match, Otto Finsberg had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Baqer Al Khobaize. U21 Kuwait's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Otto Finsberg was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-3. Otto Finsberg succeeded in the game's 19th minute to shoot an unreachable shot under the crossbar and scored - 0-4. Baqer Al Khobaize came out of the goal in the 21st minute to try and stop a shot by Leeds United FC's Otto Finsberg. But to his dismay, Otto Finsberg quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-5. When Otto Finsberg came up free with the goalie in the 24th minute, the Leeds United FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Otto Finsberg couldn't finish the play. In the 27th minute, Börje Lindsten ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Baqer Al Khobaize was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-6. 29 minutes into the game, Leeds United FC's Otto Finsberg nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Baqer Al Khobaize made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-7. 33 minutes into the match, U21 Kuwait's goal looked a bit too open when Gerrie Mühren came free, but Baqer Al Khobaize reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Otto Finsberg in the 38th minute of play forced U21 Kuwait's goalkeeper Baqer Al Khobaize to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Baqer Al Khobaize didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Gerrie Mühren went, in the 40th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-8 was the resulting score. Baqer Al Khobaize made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Hugo Pedersson in the 45th minute of play. Dan Lundström took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Hamed Al Sayer, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 48 minutes into the match, U21 Kuwait's goal looked a bit too open when Arman Eriksson came free, but Baqer Al Khobaize reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-8 lead.
The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Basel Al Azmi to strike the kick off in the second half. When the match had gone on for 52 minutes, Arman Eriksson took a quick shot and it went in 0-9 without a chance for Baqer Al Khobaize to make any attempt to save it. Arman Eriksson's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Baqer Al Khobaize firmly grabbed it by the left post. Gerrie Mühren kicked well hit freekick during the 66th minute of the match. Dan Lundström made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Taqi Shadad in the 67th minute of play. U21 Kuwait's defense didn't have a chance, in the 69th minute, when Arman Eriksson scored to the left of an out of position Baqer Al Khobaize, making the score, 0-10. Otto Finsberg received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 73rd minute. Baqer Al Khobaize tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 74th minute Börje Lindsten shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Baqer Al Khobaize saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Baqer Al Khobaize took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Börje Lindsten, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Basel Al Azmi charged in rather forcefully in the 79th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Basel Al Azmi the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. A collision led to U21 Kuwait getting a freekick after 79 minutes play. Basel Al Azmi hit a great ball. The audience thought a goal was coming when Arman Eriksson got free with Baqer Al Khobaize in the 80th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Hamed Al Sayer kicked well hit freekick during the 82nd minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Otto Finsberg in the 83rd minute of play forced U21 Kuwait's goalkeeper Baqer Al Khobaize to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Otto Finsberg was really disappointed when he shot the ball just outside the right post instead of scoring a goal in the 84th minute. Leeds United FC's manager could be seen on the sidelines shaking his head and muttering to himself as his team had just wasted another chance. U21 Kuwait's Baqer Al Khobaize played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Otto Finsberg in the 88th minute of play. 90 minutes into the match, U21 Kuwait's goalkeeper Baqer Al Khobaize had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Arman Eriksson. Baqer Al Khobaize came out of the goal in the 92nd minute to try and stop a shot by Leeds United FC's Arman Eriksson. But to his dismay, Arman Eriksson quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-11. Arman Eriksson fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 96th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Baqer Al Khobaize having to interfere.
