But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Victor Găman couldn't finish the play. Fernandão Cruz's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Syd Cullen firmly grabbed it by the left post. If Camilo Ferrara had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 7th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Candido Oroitz in the 12thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Syd Cullen, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. In the 12th match minute, Coventry Wasps was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Verne Couzens to maneuver through the defense. In the 15th minute, Raf Vermaelen hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. When Carl Melin fell near the penalty area in the 16th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored MORDOMIA's protests and gave Carl Melin a yellow card for diving instead. In the 17th match minute, MORDOMIA was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Carl Melin to maneuver through the defense. The audience thought a goal was coming when Fernandão Cruz got free with Syd Cullen in the 19th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 21stth minute of the game Camilo Ferrara who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but MORDOMIA's Nicasio Feo was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Nicasio Feo stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Camilo Ferrara's shot from short distance in the 21st minute. Zack Doughty fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 23rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Nicasio Feo having to interfere. Victor Găman kicked well hit freekick during the 24th minute of the match. MORDOMIA's Candido Oroitz got a good chance for a goal in the 27th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. When Coventry Wasps's Gaël Thuilliez in the 29th minute got a chance for a shot 29th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye MORDOMIA's goalie prevented a goal. Coventry Wasps were awarded a corner in the 30th minute after MORDOMIA's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Aleksander Rørvik took the corner. Zack Doughty's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Nicasio Feo read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 34th minute of play. Nicasio Feo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Camilo Ferrara, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When Verne Couzens fell near the penalty area in the 43rd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Coventry Wasps's protests and gave Verne Couzens a yellow card for diving instead. The supporters of MORDOMIA booed when Coventry Wasps was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 44 match minutes in a wonderful position. Verne Couzens didn't get a good kick on the ball. Syd Cullen made an important save on a dangerous shot by Candido Oroitz in the 46th minute. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Candido Oroitz to strike the kick off in the second half. Candido Oroitz's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Syd Cullen read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 54th minute of play. In the 56th minute MORDOMIA were awarded a corner. Candido Oroitz went to the cornerflag to take it. The corner led to MORDOMIA's Hélder Quirino getting away a dangerous shot that went just outside the goal. Coventry Wasps made a substitution. Mark Booth replaced Zack Doughty. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Camilo Ferrara in the 59th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Nicasio Feo prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Camilo Ferrara fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 64th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Nicasio Feo having to interfere. In the 68th minute Ismael Batista suffered a thigh injury and had to be helped off the field. MORDOMIA made a substitution. Delfim Tepedino replaced Ismael Batista. In the 70th minute, Dom French hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The audience was convinced that Candido Oroitz's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Syd Cullen was relentless in the 71st minute of the game. 72 minutes into the match, MORDOMIA's goal looked a bit too open when Camilo Ferrara came free, but Nicasio Feo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Nicasio Feo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Mark Booth in the 84th minute of the match. 86 minutes in the game Raf Vermaelen did a throw-in, and the ball was quickly in game thanks to Dom French. Mark Booth struck a weak shot in the 87th minute. Nicasio Feo didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Coventry Wasps. Nicasio Feo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Mark Booth, who was totally free with the ball in the 90th minute. The audience thought a goal was coming when Camilo Ferrara got free with Nicasio Feo in the 93rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. The Coventry Wasps players were the happier at the end of the match as they had prevented MORDOMIA from taking control. The game ends in a draw.
