Hugo Sikström was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Vali Cornoiu sent away a hard shot on goal in the 25th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Thiago Almada hit a great freekick 38 minutes into the match. Marcelo Barovero made an important save on a dangerous shot by Robin Söderström in the 40th minute. A collision led to Sundborn IF getting a freekick after 43 minutes play. Niclas Kielberg hit a great ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 45th minute, Vali Cornoiu managed to get in a good position for a shot. GuateFortín's supporters rose to their feet, but Vali Cornoiu was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Hugo Sikström breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. 48 minutes into the match, Sundborn IF's goal looked a bit too open when Vali Cornoiu came free, but Hugo Sikström reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line.

The wind increased when Stellan Wallmark made the kick off in the second half. Marcelo Barovero showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Robin Söderström, who was totally free with the ball in the 52nd minute. Hugo Sikström took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from William Villanueva, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 60th minute Stellan Wallmark shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Marcelo Barovero saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Sundborn IF made a substitution. Jarl Axelsson replaced Felix Arenstedt. GuateFortín made a substitution. Dirk Behrens replaced Thiago Almada. In the 63rd minute Sundborn IF were awarded a corner. Heigo Valt went to the cornerflag to take it. Sundborn IF's Heigo Valt was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Marcelo Barovero in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. Hugo Sikström didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Miguel Ángel Benito went, in the 70th minute, to the upper right corner, 2-2 was the resulting score. William Villanueva received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 72nd minute. Hugo Sikström tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. GuateFortín's Marcelo Barovero played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Robin Söderström in the 74th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Salvador Gomez in the 84th minute of play forced Sundborn IF's goalkeeper Hugo Sikström to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 85th minute, Dirk Behrens hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After a rather tough play, GuateFortín's Ruben Huezo got a free kick in the 86th minute. Heigo Valt struck a weak shot in the 87th minute. Marcelo Barovero didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Sundborn IF. In the 91st minute, Máximo Perrone hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 93rd minute of the match Heigo Valt sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Marcelo Barovero skillfully saved the ball. Despite being the better team, Sundborn IF failed to find the winning goal and were forced to settle for a single point.
