Vedat Zübeyirs short, quick shot in the 4thth minute got Kasper Schmeichel to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. 7 minutes into the match, Miguel Gallegos notched a goal, 1-0, to the right of C.D Luis Angel Firpo's Kasper Schmeichel. Kasper Schmeichel was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Vedat Zübeyir in the 15th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Kasper Schmeichel saved C.D Luis Angel Firpo from getting behind. The supporters of Club Deportivo Águila booed when C.D Luis Angel Firpo was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 23 match minutes in a wonderful position. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. When the match had gone on for 77 minutes, Vedat Zübeyir put it in 8-0 from a short distance just to the right of Kasper Schmeichel. Kasper Schmeichel made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Vedat Zübeyir in the 81st minute of play.
