Spectators: 7944 (Terracing: 5985, Seating: 1800, VIP seats: 159) An unexpectedly hard shot by Victorio Abascal in the 3rd minute of play forced Clasico XI's goalkeeper Jacobo Beila to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Osvaldo Toro kicked well hit freekick during the 3rd minute of the match. Elias Fidensio made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Miguel Nel in the 7th minute of play. 8 minutes into the match, Teofilo Jeraldo notched a goal, 0-1, to the right of Clasico XI's Jacobo Beila. Jacobo Beila was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. The supporters of Otamendi booed when Clasico XI was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 12 match minutes in a wonderful position. Marciano Pere didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 13th minute of the match David Dolfo sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Jacobo Beila skillfully saved the ball. Miguel Nel struck a weak shot in the 15th minute. Elias Fidensio didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Clasico XI. With his leg Elias Fidensio managed to avoid a goal in the 19thth minute, when Clasico XI's Miguel Nel fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Elias Fidensio made a fantastic save in the 23rd minute, when Miguel Nel sent off a good shot on target. Jacobo Beila came out of the goal in the 24th minute to try and stop a shot by Otamendi's Teofilo Jeraldo. But to his dismay, Teofilo Jeraldo quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-2. In the 32nd minute Teofilo Jeraldo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jacobo Beila saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Miguel Nel fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 37th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Elias Fidensio having to interfere. Otamendi's Bonifacio Napier got a good chance for a goal in the 39th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 45 minutes into the match, Clasico XI's goal looked a bit too open when Victorio Abascal came free, but Jacobo Beila reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 47 minutes into the match, Bonifacio Napier had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Jacobo Beila. Clasico XI's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Bonifacio Napier was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-4.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Teofilo Jeraldo made a kick off. Bonifacio Napier received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 53rd minute. Jacobo Beila tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Clasico XI's Jacobo Beila proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 57th minute of the match, managed to save Clasico XI from getting a goal against them. Clasico XI's defense didn't have a chance, in the 58th minute, when Teofilo Jeraldo scored to the left of an out of position Jacobo Beila, making the score, 0-5. Clasico XI's Saul Opilano got a good chance for a goal in the 63rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Miguel Nel struck a weak shot in the 64th minute. Elias Fidensio didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Clasico XI. Elias Fidensio made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Saul Opilano in the 67th minute of play. Clasico XI's Jacobo Beila played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Teofilo Jeraldo in the 69th minute of play. After a defensive mix-up in Clasico XI's zone, Victorio Abascal stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Jacobo Beila came out of the goal and Victorio Abascal tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Benito Perrando struck a weak shot in the 72nd minute. Jacobo Beila didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Otamendi. A collision led to Otamendi getting a freekick after 75 minutes play. David Dolfo hit a great ball. Juan Fernendo hit a great freekick 79 minutes into the match. After a defensive mix-up in Clasico XI's zone, Bonifacio Napier stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Jacobo Beila came out of the goal and Bonifacio Napier tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 82nd minute, Otamendi's Benito Perrando ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Jacobo Beila. Jacobo Beila yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 0-6. Bonifacio Napier's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Jacobo Beila read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 88th minute of play. 90 minutes into the match, Otamendi's goal looked a bit too open when Miguel Nel came free, but Elias Fidensio reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Bonifacio Napier's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Jacobo Beila firmly grabbed it by the left post. Jacobo Beila showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Benito Perrando in the 95th minute of the match. The Otamendi supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing Otamendi would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
