Spectators: 8418 (Terracing: 6314, Seating: 1936, VIP seats: 168) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Desiderio Olo got the match started through his kick off. Angel Tamayo kicked well hit freekick during the 2nd minute of the match. Realsamesta's Johnie Ayers played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Desiderio Olo in the 4th minute of play. Magno Mello hit a great freekick 6 minutes into the match. In the 8th match minute, Realsamesta was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Vicente Sadurni to maneuver through the defense. In the 12th minute, Leopoldo Orkatz left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Realsamesta fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-1. Denis Amor came out of the goal in the 14th minute to try and stop a shot by Realsamesta's Angel Tamayo. But to his dismay, Angel Tamayo quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-2. The supporters of The Special One booed when Realsamesta was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 21 match minutes in a wonderful position. Damian Zieba didn't get a good kick on the ball. Johnie Ayers was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Mete Verga showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 1-2 in the 29 minute of play. 32 minutes into the match, Realsamesta's goalkeeper Johnie Ayers had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Mete Verga. In the 36th minute Desiderio Olo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Johnie Ayers saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 39th minute the ball was on its way in behind Realsamesta's goalkeeper Johnie Ayers, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Johnie Ayers made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Honorio Afonso in the 40th minute of play. If Poul Longholm had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 44th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 46 minutes into the match, Honorio Afonso notched a goal, 2-2, to the right of Realsamesta's Johnie Ayers. Johnie Ayers was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 2-2 after a close first half.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Angel Tamayo made a kick off. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Poul Longholm during the 51st minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Johnie Ayers showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Mete Verga in the 54th minute of the match. After 60 played minutes The Special One got a freekick which was hit by Honorio Afonso. Mete Verga blasted a shot towards the goal in the 64th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Johnie Ayers having to make a save. Denis Amor made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Angel Tamayo in the 66th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Honorio Afonso in the 68th minute of play forced Realsamesta's goalkeeper Johnie Ayers to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Honorio Afonso struck a weak shot in the 70th minute. Johnie Ayers didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for The Special One. After 71 minutes of play, The Special One's Desiderio Olo made it 3-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Johnie Ayers was left in no man's land by his defense there! An unexpectedly hard shot by Placido Fernendo in the 74th minute of play forced Realsamesta's goalkeeper Johnie Ayers to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 76th minute Desiderio Olo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Johnie Ayers saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. A collision led to Realsamesta getting a freekick after 76 minutes play. Vicente Sadurni hit a great ball. Johnie Ayers came out of the goal in the 81st minute to try and stop a shot by The Special One's Desiderio Olo. But to his dismay, Desiderio Olo quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 4-2. 85 minutes into the game, Desiderio Olo cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 5-2. Johnie Ayers was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. 94 minutes into the match, Desiderio Olo had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Johnie Ayers. Realsamesta's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Desiderio Olo was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 7-2. When the referee ended the match the The Special One players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
