Spectators: 7371 (Terracing: 5529, Seating: 1695, VIP seats: 147) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Desmond Doherty kicked off to start the match. Espinola Erran made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Luisito Ubarna in the 4th minute of play. Desmond Doherty sent away a hard shot on goal in the 5th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. The throw-in from Vincent Berganza in the 7th minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by Purin -CR-'s Leoverliz Barboa. Espinola Erran showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Luisito Ubarna in the 8th minute of the match. Ximen Barbadillo hit a great freekick 10 minutes into the match. Espinola Erran acted impressively in front of the goal and made a superb save when he, in the 11th minute, took the ball on the long shot from Boguslaw Chwalkiewicz. Osvaldo Pi blasted a shot towards the goal in the 14th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Korneliusz Damaski having to make a save. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Moreta Leys during the 16th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 16th minute, Moreta Leys hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 17th minute of the match Boguslaw Chwalkiewicz sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Espinola Erran skillfully saved the ball. The audience thought a goal was coming when Guerrero Idigoras got free with Espinola Erran in the 18th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Luisito Ubarna received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Espinola Erran came out and tried to block the shot, but Luisito Ubarna slotted it home off the left post making it 1-0 in the 25th minute. Korneliusz Damaski took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Osvaldo Pi, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 33 minutes of play, Purin -CR-'s Desmond Doherty made it 1-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Korneliusz Damaski was left in no man's land by his defense there! Osvaldo Pi recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 37th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After having played for 39 minutes, Desmond Doherty managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Purin -CR-'s supporters crossed their fingers, but Desmond Doherty was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Osvaldo Pi recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 44th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The CD Diolen players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Purin -CR- were winning 1-2.

After some careless play in the Purin -CR- defense, Roris Pontones kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Espinola Erran. The Purin -CR- fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Espinola Erran should have stopped the shot. Luisito Ubarna scored 3-2 in the 56th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Espinola Erran, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Purin -CR-'s Osvaldo Pi got a good chance for a goal in the 59th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 60th match minute, CD Diolen was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Herluf Onstad to maneuver through the defense. Korneliusz Damaski stood somewhat misplaced when Desmond Doherty came free in front of goal and shot 3-3 to the left of him in the 63 minute. CD Diolen's Korneliusz Damaski proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 67th minute of the match, managed to save CD Diolen from getting a goal against them. When the match had gone on for 67 minutes, Desmond Doherty took a quick shot and it went in 3-4 without a chance for Korneliusz Damaski to make any attempt to save it. In the 71st minute, Desmond Doherty ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Korneliusz Damaski was frozen by the shot and now it was 3-5. Purin -CR-'s Espinola Erran played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Luisito Ubarna in the 75th minute of play. Korneliusz Damaski came out of the goal in the 78th minute to try and stop a shot by Purin -CR-'s Osvaldo Pi. But to his dismay, Osvaldo Pi quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-6. Americo Villariño kicked well hit freekick during the 81st minute of the match. When Guerrero Idigoras came up free with the goalie in the 82nd minute, the CD Diolen fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Guerrero Idigoras couldn't finish the play. When the match clock showed 87 minutes, the score became 3-7 when Desmond Doherty sped through CD Diolen's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Korneliusz Damaski. When Desmond Doherty came up free with the goalie in the 91st minute, the Purin -CR- fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Desmond Doherty couldn't finish the play. Osvaldo Pi blasted a shot towards the goal in the 93rd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Korneliusz Damaski having to make a save. A hard shot 94 in the game by Desmond Doherty from a close distance when the talented Korneliusz Damaski managed to make a qualified save. CD Diolen's players were relieved. In the 96th minute, Ximen Barbadillo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field.
