Ricardo Luis scored 1-0 in the 14th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Wellington Ardines, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Ricardo Luis who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 23rdth minute tested the skills of Wellington Ardines when he managed to save the team from getting behind. 24 minutes into the game, Perez Piciña cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-1. Wellington Ardines was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Through an outstanding action, after 31 minutes, Wellington Ardines successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. In the 32nd minute, Perez Piciña reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Wellington Ardines. The goal made the score 3-1. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 5-1 at half-time.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Perez Piciña made a kick off. In the 52nd minute, Ricardo Luis left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The LRPV fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 6-1. Ricardo Luis fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 55th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Wellington Ardines having to interfere. 7-1 became the score in the 57th minute when Ricardo Luis elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. The LRPV fans' excitement grew in the 60th match minute when LRPV's Perez Piciña looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 8-1 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. 65 minutes into the match, Club Sport Emelec's goal looked a bit too open when Perez Piciña came free, but Wellington Ardines reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 66th minute, Martín Mandrak fired away a killer shot towards the goal that, to the delight of Cyprian Lewicki, passed just outside the right post. 70 minutes into the match, Perez Piciña notched a goal, 9-1, to the right of Club Sport Emelec's Wellington Ardines. Wellington Ardines was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Lirian Gacev took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 79th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Cyprian Lewicki. LRPV's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Wellington Ardines stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Perez Piciña's shot from short distance in the 82nd minute. Ricardo Luis scored 10-1 in the 84th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Wellington Ardines, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 90th minute, Martín Mandrak hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. When LRPV's Perez Piciña in the 91st minute got a chance for a shot 91st didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. LRPV's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
