The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. 2 minutes into the match, AKDemia Destroyers's goal looked a bit too open when Traian Preda came free, but Augusto Diniz reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 3rd minute of the match Filosofía Callejera-HDP got a corner. AKDemia Destroyers's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Pancho Noguer ran over to the corner to take the kick. Filosofía Callejera-HDP's Rosario Rezabal proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 5th minute of the match, managed to save Filosofía Callejera-HDP from getting a goal against them. 14 minutes into the game, one of AKDemia Destroyers:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. In the 15th minute there was a penalty for Filosofía Callejera-HDP. Pancho Noguer stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Augusto Diniz. 0-1. Filosofía Callejera-HDP's Rosario Rezabal played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Zumar Millano in the 21st minute of play. After 22 played minutes AKDemia Destroyers got a freekick which was hit by Zumar Millano. Traian Preda fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 23rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Augusto Diniz having to interfere. Filosofía Callejera-HDP's Rosario Rezabal proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 29th minute of the match, managed to save Filosofía Callejera-HDP from getting a goal against them. Augusto Diniz showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Pancho Noguer, who was totally free with the ball in the 30th minute. Rosario Rezabal made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Roris Ruidiez in the 31st minute of play. Pancho Noguer recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 35th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. A collision led to Filosofía Callejera-HDP getting a freekick after 40 minutes play. Metehan Öksal hit a great ball. 42 minutes had been played when some careless play by Filosofía Callejera-HDP's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Ricardo Riaza was slow to take the kick. During this time AKDemia Destroyers's players had a chance to rest. AKDemia Destroyers's Ricardo Riaza was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Rosario Rezabal in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. After the first half Filosofía Callejera-HDP were leading 0-1. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Pancho Noguer stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Pancho Noguer in the 52nd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Augusto Diniz prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Augusto Diniz took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Pancho Noguer, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 56 minutes into the match, Pancho Noguer had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Augusto Diniz. AKDemia Destroyers's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Pancho Noguer was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-2. Filosofía Callejera-HDP's Mikolaj Soszka got a good chance for a goal in the 61st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Rosario Rezabal showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Roris Ruidiez, who was totally free with the ball in the 64th minute. 67 minutes into the game, AKDemia Destroyers's Roris Ruidiez nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Rosario Rezabal made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-2. Augusto Diniz didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Traian Preda went, in the 70th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-3 was the resulting score. Filosofía Callejera-HDP made a substitution. Cagua Caldevila replaced Traian Preda. In the 75th match minute, Filosofía Callejera-HDP was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Jorge Villalva to maneuver through the defense. In the 76th minute Ricardo Riaza shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Rosario Rezabal saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Augusto Diniz took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Mikolaj Soszka, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Filosofía Callejera-HDP were awarded a corner in the 80th minute after AKDemia Destroyers's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Pancho Noguer took the corner. Cagua Caldevila was in a good position and managed to take a shot, but he missed just to the outside of the post. A collision led to Filosofía Callejera-HDP getting a freekick after 82 minutes play. Jorge Villalva hit a great ball. 82 minutes into the match, AKDemia Destroyers's Ricardo Riaza sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Rosario Rezabal narrowly saved just below the crossbar. When the match had gone on for 83 minutes, Cagua Caldevila took a quick shot and it went in 1-4 without a chance for Augusto Diniz to make any attempt to save it. Augusto Diniz made an important save on a dangerous shot by Cagua Caldevila in the 88th minute. If Roris Ruidiez had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 89th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Zumar Millano struck a weak shot in the 92nd minute. Rosario Rezabal didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for AKDemia Destroyers. The Filosofía Callejera-HDP supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing Filosofía Callejera-HDP would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
