Vachon Villalon's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but William Cadiz read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 46th minute of play. Hori Lamiar's late challenge caught a A.C. Milan's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Hori Lamiar was the one to do the kick off. Karlos Mimbreño's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Horacio Naredo read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 53rd minute of play. The referee ignored Llaneros's protests and gave Miguel Rotalo a yellow card for diving instead. After a rather tough play, Llaneros's Miguel Rotalo got a free kick in the 87th minute. 95 minutes in the game Egoitz Barrera did a throw-in, and the ball was quickly in game thanks to Karlos Mimbreño. A.C. Milan's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
