Clifton Heights's Wesley Layton played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Alexis Farrell in the 7th minute of play. Wesley Layton showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Alexis Farrell, who was totally free with the ball in the 9th minute. When the match clock showed 15 minutes, the score became 0-2 when Alexis Farrell sped through Clifton Heights's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Wesley Layton. 22 minutes into the game, Jacob Parrish cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-4. Wesley Layton was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. After some fancy dribbling in the 25th minute, Vincenzo Croft managed to get in a good position for a shot. Clifton Heights's supporters rose to their feet, but Vincenzo Croft was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Ray Dennis breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Through an outstanding action, after 27 minutes, Ray Dennis successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. A collision led to Tahata FC getting a freekick after 28 minutes play. Jacob Parrish hit a great ball. Vernon Tidwell charged in rather forcefully in the 37th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Vernon Tidwell the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. With his leg Ray Dennis managed to avoid a goal in the 42ndth minute, when Clifton Heights's Vincenzo Croft fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. When Tahata FC's Alexis Farrell in the 46th minute got a chance for a shot 46th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Clifton Heights's goalie prevented a goal. The Clifton Heights players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Tahata FC were winning 0-4.

Edgardo Ferris fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 64th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ray Dennis having to interfere. In the 65th minute, Vincenzo Croft ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Ray Dennis was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-4. After having played for 72 minutes, Edgardo Ferris managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Clifton Heights's supporters crossed their fingers, but Edgardo Ferris was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Francesco Guy during the 73rd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After 73 played minutes Tahata FC got a freekick which was hit by Francesco Guy. In the 74th minute, Vincenzo Croft made a precise shot to the right of Ray Dennis. Tahata FC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-4. In the 92nd minute, Milan Baez hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Clifton Heights's Wesley Layton proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 97th minute of the match, managed to save Clifton Heights from getting a goal against them. The Clifton Heights fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Tahata FC were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
