An unexpectedly hard shot by Lanny Gibbons in the 8th minute of play forced Xeneize FC's goalkeeper Bob Roach to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 12th match minute, Xeneize FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Caleb Abel to maneuver through the defense. 13 minutes into the game, Trenton Crow was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Sinton's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Xeneize FC the free kick. Trenton Crow kicked well hit freekick during the 13th minute of the match. Vincent Butler made a fantastic save in the 15th minute, when Pat Sheppard sent off a good shot on target. An unexpectedly hard shot by Lanny Gibbons in the 19th minute of play forced Xeneize FC's goalkeeper Bob Roach to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After having played for 22 minutes, Aldo Willoughby managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Sinton's supporters crossed their fingers, but Aldo Willoughby was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Napoleon Laws lost his temper 24 minutes into the game and shoved another player to the ground. He was immediately shown a red card. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 24th minute of the game. One of Xeneize FC:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Sinton:s goal. 31 minutes into the game, Sonny Alfaro was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Xeneize FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Sinton the free kick. Terrence Mabry, 32 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. In the 38th minute Lanny Gibbons shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Bob Roach saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Xeneize FC's Bob Roach played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Aldo Willoughby in the 41st minute of play. After 44 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Xeneize FC! The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-3.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Lanny Gibbons stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. In the 57th minute Pat Sheppard shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Vincent Butler saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Domenic Cramer hit a great freekick 63 minutes into the match. Pat Sheppard recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 65th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 67th minute Lanny Gibbons shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Bob Roach saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Vincent Butler showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Sonny Alfaro, who was totally free with the ball in the 71st minute. Lanny Gibbons recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 74th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 76th minute, Xeneize FC's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Lanny Gibbons fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. Pat Sheppard sent away a hard shot on goal in the 79th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Aldo Willoughby might have been able to make a better finish in the 88th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Bob Roach. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Aldo Willoughby ran back to his position shaking his head. If Pat Sheppard had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 91st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Lanny Gibbons received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 93rd minute. Bob Roach tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The Xeneize FC fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Sinton were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
