In the 3rd minute, Ralph Stiles hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Ray Melvin received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 7th minute. Caleb Gallagher tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 9 minutes, Wes Connelly made it 0-1 with a short kick to the right side. SHEBA FC's Caleb Gallagher tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. Caleb Gallagher made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ralph Stiles in the 15th minute of play. If Felipe Freire had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 23rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Philladelphia FC's Ralph Stiles got a good chance for a goal in the 28th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Ralph Stiles fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 33rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Caleb Gallagher having to interfere. SHEBA FC's Caleb Gallagher played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ralph Stiles in the 35th minute of play. After some fancy dribbling in the 41st minute, Wes Connelly managed to get in a good position for a shot. Philladelphia FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Wes Connelly was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Caleb Gallagher breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Gláuber Fernandez might have been able to make a better finish in the 43rd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Warren Ransom. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Gláuber Fernandez ran back to his position shaking his head. Philladelphia FC's Warren Ransom played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Gláuber Fernandez in the 43rd minute of play. If Wes Connelly had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 47th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The SHEBA FC players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Philladelphia FC were winning 0-1.

After having played for 53 minutes, Wes Connelly managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Philladelphia FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Wes Connelly was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Randolph Call's late challenge caught a Philladelphia FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Randolph Call helped the player get up and apologised. Randolph Call hit a great freekick 55 minutes into the match. After a defensive mix-up in SHEBA FC's zone, Ralph Stiles stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Caleb Gallagher came out of the goal and Ralph Stiles tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 60th minute, Bradly Guinn hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Philladelphia FC's DeMarcus Parnell couldn't find anyone to pass the ball to, so he shot a long shot towards the goal in the 60th minute. The shot went wide which resulted in a goal kick for SHEBA FC. The audience thought a goal was coming when Wes Connelly got free with Caleb Gallagher in the 64th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 69 minutes into the match, SHEBA FC's goal looked a bit too open when Ralph Stiles came free, but Caleb Gallagher reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Warren Ransom showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Gláuber Fernandez, who was totally free with the ball in the 73rd minute. Caleb Gallagher acted impressively in front of the goal and made a superb save when he, in the 79th minute, took the ball on the long shot from DeMarcus Parnell. Kelly Person kicked well hit freekick during the 83rd minute of the match. If Wes Connelly had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 85th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 92 minutes into the match, Felipe Freire notched a goal, 1-1, to the right of Philladelphia FC's Warren Ransom. Warren Ransom was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Felipe Freire received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 95th minute. Warren Ransom tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. SHEBA FC succeeded in salvaging a draw, even though Philladelphia FC had controlled the match.
