After 55 minutes of play Nomads Football Club's Jerry Knowles was too eager in his attempt to stop his opponent and brought him down. With that he got his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. The supporters of Rebel Squids booed when Nomads Football Club was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 55 match minutes in a wonderful position. Jerry Knowles didn't get a good kick on the ball. Tim Davila struck a weak shot in the 60th minute. Teofilo Amato didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Rebel Squids. The Nomads Football Club fans' excitement grew in the 62nd match minute when Nomads Football Club's Bert Justens looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 0-10 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. In the 64th match minute, Nomads Football Club was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Leonard Iosub to maneuver through the defense. Freddie Farris made a fantastic save in the 66th minute, when Bert Justens sent off a good shot on target. Rebel Squids's Freddie Farris played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Claudio Quiroga in the 68th minute of play. The audience thought a goal was coming when Bert Justens got free with Freddie Farris in the 72nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Teofilo Amato made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Tim Davila in the 73rd minute of play. When the match had gone on for 75 minutes, Claudio Quiroga took a quick shot and it went in 0-11 without a chance for Freddie Farris to make any attempt to save it. In the 78th minute of the match, Bert Justens got a very nice opportunity to score, but Freddie Farris was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. 80 minutes into the match, Nomads Football Club's Claudio Quiroga sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Freddie Farris narrowly saved just below the crossbar. 80 minutes into the game, Nomads Football Club's Claudio Quiroga nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Freddie Farris made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-12. Nomads Football Club's Johannes Söderkvist was substituted for Claudio Quiroga. But to his dismay, Bert Justens quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-13. After 88 played minutes Rebel Squids got a freekick which was hit by Collin Landis. In the 90th minute, Rodrick Hardy hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After having played for 92 minutes, Johannes Söderkvist managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Nomads Football Club's supporters crossed their fingers, but Johannes Söderkvist was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After 95 minutes of play, Nomads Football Club's Bert Justens made it 0-14 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Freddie Farris was left in no man's land by his defense there! When the final whistle sounded Nomads Football Club left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Rebel Squids.
