The audience was convinced that Arturo Di Rado's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Nacho Gonzalez was relentless in the 4th minute of the game. With a little luck, Recolta Alamor's Nacho Gonzalez got control of the ball when Arturo Di Rado tried to sneak it across the goal line. A throw-in in the 17th minute of the game was made by Brandon Newby with Wes Nichols as target, who quickly passed the ball forward. An unexpectedly hard shot by Damian Dean in the 20th minute of play forced Black Knights FC's goalkeeper Stacy Daniel to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Brandon Newby got a throw-in 26 minutes in the game and the ball was received by Wes Nichols. 27 minutes into the game, Bartolo Ucero was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Black Knights FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Recolta Alamor the free kick. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 26th minute of the game. One of Black Knights FC:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Recolta Alamor:s goal. Stacy Daniel showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Emmanuel Pennington in the 30th minute of the match. Black Knights FC's attentive Rodrigo Caracedo managed to snatch the ball when Brandon Newby made a throw-in in the 39th minute of the game. If Arturo Di Rado had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 42nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. After some fancy dribbling in the 45th minute, Arturo Di Rado managed to get in a good position for a shot. Black Knights FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Arturo Di Rado was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Nacho Gonzalez breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Stacy Daniel showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Emmanuel Pennington in the 47th minute of the match. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 1-0 at half-time.

Black Knights FC's Scottie Huston was substituted for Lincoln Downey. After a rather tough play, Black Knights FC's Kirby Metzger got a free kick in the 54th minute. In the 56th minute Damian Dean shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Stacy Daniel saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Stacy Daniel showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Emmanuel Pennington in the 59th minute of the match. Allan Caudill hit a great freekick 60 minutes into the match. The throw-in from Brandon Newby in the 63rd minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by Black Knights FC's Rodrigo Caracedo. In the 64th minute, Scottie Huston hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Black Knights FC's Stacy Daniel played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Damian Dean in the 67th minute of play. The throw-in from Brandon Newby in the 72nd minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by Black Knights FC's Rodrigo Caracedo. 76 minutes into the match, Black Knights FC's goalkeeper Stacy Daniel had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Emmanuel Pennington. 78 minutes into the match, Recolta Alamor's Cyprian Rosen sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Stacy Daniel narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Black Knights FC's Elliot Mercado was substituted for Arturo Di Rado. After 80 played minutes Black Knights FC got a freekick which was hit by Bartolo Ucero. Elliot Mercado might have been able to make a better finish in the 83rd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Nacho Gonzalez. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Elliot Mercado ran back to his position shaking his head. The supporters of Recolta Alamor booed when Black Knights FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 84 match minutes in a wonderful position. Josu Ocaña didn't get a good kick on the ball. Nacho Gonzalez took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Elliot Mercado, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Wes Nichols hit a great freekick 87 minutes into the match. If Elliot Mercado had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 88th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Nacho Gonzalez showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Elliot Mercado, who was totally free with the ball in the 89th minute. After a rather tough play, Black Knights FC's Scottie Huston got a free kick in the 90th minute. The supporters of Recolta Alamor booed when Black Knights FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 92 match minutes in a wonderful position. Tyrone Wolff didn't get a good kick on the ball. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The Black Knights FC fans cheered their team off the field, for while Recolta Alamor had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
