Spectators: 8680 (Terracing: 6500, Seating: 2000, VIP seats: 180) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Djamel Abdi took the kick off in the first half of the match. Hamid Morceli showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Anšlavs Seletickis in the 8th minute of the match. THE OLD BOYS's Hamid Morceli played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Djamel Abdi in the 12th minute of play. Anšlavs Seletickis received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 13th minute. Hamid Morceli tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 15th minute of the match, Lennart Bäckström tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Zheng Chong Yue saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. 18 minutes into the match, Chihiro Club's goalkeeper Zheng Chong Yue had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Abdelkader Merbah. Hamid Kourichi received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 20th minute. Hamid Morceli tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Zheng Chong Yue made an important save on a dangerous shot by Ali Boufroura in the 21st minute. Hamid Kourichi recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 22nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 24 minutes into the match, THE OLD BOYS's goal looked a bit too open when Anšlavs Seletickis came free, but Hamid Morceli reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Hamid Morceli took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Anšlavs Seletickis, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When Chihiro Club's Djamel Abdi in the 29th minute got a chance for a shot 29th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye THE OLD BOYS's goalie prevented a goal. In the 33rd minute Anšlavs Seletickis shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Hamid Morceli saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 34th minute Lennart Bäckström shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Zheng Chong Yue saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. With an all-out effort, THE OLD BOYS's Zheng Chong Yue threw himself towards the right post 34 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Lennart Bäckström, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. Chihiro Club's Zheng Chong Yue played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Abdelkader Merbah in the 35th minute of play. Hamid Morceli took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Djamel Abdi, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Chihiro Club's Zheng Chong Yue proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 38th minute of the match, managed to save Chihiro Club from getting a goal against them. Zheng Chong Yue came out of the goal in the 39th minute to try and stop a shot by THE OLD BOYS's Guillaume Laurent Benmabrouk. But to his dismay, Guillaume Laurent Benmabrouk quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-0. Zheng Chong Yue showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Lennart Bäckström, who was totally free with the ball in the 44th minute. After a rather tough play, THE OLD BOYS's Abdelkader Merbah got a free kick in the 47th minute. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Guillaume Laurent Benmabrouk made a kick off. Cheb Haddou's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Hamid Morceli read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 51st minute of play. Zheng Chong Yue made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Guillaume Laurent Benmabrouk in the 55th minute of play. Ismael Belloumi made a great header on THE OLD BOYS's corner, it was just that Chihiro Club's Zheng Chong Yue managed to reach the ball for a save. Ali Boufroura sent away a hard shot on goal in the 58th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Hamid Morceli made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Djamel Abdi in the 60th minute of play. Lakhdar Azem charged in rather forcefully in the 61st minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Lakhdar Azem the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 62nd minute of the match Ismael Belloumi sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Zheng Chong Yue skillfully saved the ball. 63 minutes had been played when some careless play by Chihiro Club's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Ismael Belloumi was slow to take the kick. During this time THE OLD BOYS's players had a chance to rest. 68 minutes into the match, Chihiro Club's goal looked a bit too open when Guillaume Laurent Benmabrouk came free, but Zheng Chong Yue reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. THE OLD BOYS's Hamid Morceli proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 69th minute of the match, managed to save THE OLD BOYS from getting a goal against them. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Abdelkader Merbah in the 78th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Zheng Chong Yue saved Chihiro Club from getting behind. In the 80th minute Fathi Ben Khalidi shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Zheng Chong Yue saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. THE OLD BOYS's Hamid Morceli played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Djamel Abdi in the 81st minute of play. Zheng Chong Yue made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Abdelkader Merbah in the 82nd minute of play. After 83 minutes of play Chihiro Club's Lakhdar Azem was too eager in his attempt to stop his opponent and brought him down. With that he got his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. When Ali Boufroura came up free with the goalie in the 91st minute, the THE OLD BOYS fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Ali Boufroura couldn't finish the play. Djamel Abdi fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 93rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Hamid Morceli having to interfere. In the 95th minute Guillaume Laurent Benmabrouk shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Zheng Chong Yue saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 96th minute Djamel Abdi shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Hamid Morceli saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. THE OLD BOYS had won after a very even match.
