Hamid Kourichi received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 16th minute. Adlène Cherrad tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After a rather tough play, Chihiro Club's Hamid Kourichi got a free kick in the 16th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Cengiz Erandaç in the 19th minute of play forced Chihiro Club's goalkeeper Zheng Chong Yue to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 20 minutes into the match, Chihiro Club's goal looked a bit too open when Sandu Caloian came free, but Zheng Chong Yue reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 25 minutes into the game, Saugus's Hocine Adjani nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Zheng Chong Yue made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-1. Chihiro Club's Zheng Chong Yue played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Hocine Adjani in the 28th minute of play. 32 minutes into the match, Chihiro Club's goal looked a bit too open when Cengiz Erandaç came free, but Zheng Chong Yue reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 35thth minute of the game Djamel Abdi who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Saugus's Adlène Cherrad was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. After 47 minutes, Mansour Amara mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Chihiro Club and the Saugus players grew even worse after the yellow card. Disappointed in the 1-2 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Djamel Abdi to make the kick off. In the 52nd minute, Anšlavs Seletickis left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Chihiro Club fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-2. After having played for 57 minutes, Hocine Adjani managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Saugus's supporters crossed their fingers, but Hocine Adjani was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Adlène Cherrad made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Djamel Abdi in the 60th minute of play. In the 62nd minute of the match Chihiro Club got a corner. Saugus's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Gugu Mineiro ran over to the corner to take the kick. At last the ball reached Anšlavs Seletickis at the corner, ending with a kick to difficult to stop for the goalkeeper of Saugus. 3-2. The supporters of Saugus booed when Chihiro Club was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 65 match minutes in a wonderful position. Mansour Amara didn't get a good kick on the ball. Mansour Amara got his second yellow card in the match during the 66th minute which meant that he had to leave the ground. A collision led to Chihiro Club getting a freekick after 67 minutes play. Mansour Amara hit a great ball. Cengiz Erandaç struck a weak shot in the 70th minute. Zheng Chong Yue didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Saugus. 73 minutes into the match, Chihiro Club's goalkeeper Zheng Chong Yue had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Cengiz Erandaç. Adlène Cherrad showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Djamel Abdi in the 75th minute of the match. Chihiro Club's Zheng Chong Yue proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 76th minute of the match, managed to save Chihiro Club from getting a goal against them. Adlène Cherrad took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Djamel Abdi, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 79 minutes, Nadir Bouziane mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Saugus and the Chihiro Club players grew even worse after the yellow card. Saugus's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
