Vadim Shiryaev started the match with the kick off. After having played for 3 minutes, Vadim Shiryaev managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Fly T.T's supporters crossed their fingers, but Vadim Shiryaev was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Maurice Odonnell received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Quentin Kendrick came out and tried to block the shot, but Maurice Odonnell slotted it home off the left post making it 1-0 in the 6th minute. In the 11th minute, Vadim Shiryaev made a precise shot to the right of Gilberto Boone. Varennes's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-1. After 13 played minutes Varennes got a freekick which was hit by Donovan Nash. After a rather tough play, Fly T.T's Elton Avalos got a free kick in the 16th minute. Vadim Shiryaev sent away a hard shot on goal in the 22nd minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Gilberto Boone made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Vadim Shiryaev in the 22nd minute of play. 26 minutes into the match, Fly T.T's goal looked a bit too open when Wendell Petit came free, but Quentin Kendrick reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When Fly T.T's Vadim Shiryaev in the 28th minute got a chance for a shot 28th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Varennes's goalie prevented a goal. Elton Avalos kicked well hit freekick during the 29th minute of the match. In the 30th minute, Théophile Berger got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. A collision led to Fly T.T getting a freekick after 32 minutes play. Léandre Newton hit a great ball. Gilberto Boone showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Vadim Shiryaev, who was totally free with the ball in the 34th minute. 36 minutes into the match, Varennes's Seth Luke sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Quentin Kendrick narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Seth Luke in the 40thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Quentin Kendrick, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. The score stood at 2-2 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

The wind increased when Maurice Odonnell made the kick off in the second half. The supporters of Fly T.T booed when Varennes was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 51 match minutes in a wonderful position. Maurice Odonnell didn't get a good kick on the ball. Vadim Shiryaev's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Gilberto Boone read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 53rd minute of play. In the 53rd minute, Elton Avalos hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 63 minutes into the match, Fly T.T's goal looked a bit too open when Wendell Petit came free, but Quentin Kendrick reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Vadim Shiryaev's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Gilberto Boone read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 69th minute of play. Vadim Shiryaev sent away a hard shot on goal in the 71st minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Varennes made a substitution. Titus Pineda replaced Bernardo Goudreau. Varennes's Gilberto Boone played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Vadim Shiryaev in the 82nd minute of play. In the 85th match minute, Fly T.T was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Dan Egan to maneuver through the defense. Seth Luke took the ball and in the 88 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Quentin Kendrick. Quentin Kendrick dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 3-2. Quentin Kendrick showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Donovan Nash in the 91st minute of the match. 93 minutes into the match, Fly T.T's Vadim Shiryaev sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Gilberto Boone narrowly saved just below the crossbar. After having played for 97 minutes, Titus Pineda managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Varennes's supporters crossed their fingers, but Titus Pineda was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. When the referee ended the match the Varennes players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
