Spectators: 7439 (Terracing: 5500, Seating: 1839, VIP seats: 100) Calixto Martel started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. An unexpectedly hard shot by Lolo Bolivar in the 3rd minute of play forced Chelin's goalkeeper Máximo Faure to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Chelin's Máximo Faure played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Lolo Bolivar in the 6th minute of play. A collision led to Chelin getting a freekick after 7 minutes play. Frances Zumelzu hit a great ball. 9 minutes into the match, Araucampeón Retirado's goal looked a bit too open when Frances Zumelzu came free, but Calixto Tejo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Ángel Acle during the 10th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 10th match minute, Chelin was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ángel Acle to maneuver through the defense. Máximo Faure was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Calixto Tejo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Calixto Martel, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Daniel Izammit during the 31st minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Benjamín Otaegui's late challenge caught a Chelin's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Benjamín Otaegui helped the player get up and apologised. In the 45th minute, Lolo Bolivar ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Máximo Faure was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-3. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-3.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Lolo Bolivar to make the kick off. Luciano Barahona hit a great freekick 51 minutes into the match. 63 minutes into the game, Ruyman Ansieta was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Araucampeón Retirado's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Chelin the free kick. In the 64th minute, Ruyman Ansieta hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Lolo Ibarguen fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 74th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Máximo Faure having to interfere. In the 80th minute, Adriel Mascayo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Máximo Faure made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Lolo Ibarguen in the 82nd minute of play. After a defensive mix-up in Chelin's zone, Adriel Mascayo stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Máximo Faure came out of the goal and Adriel Mascayo tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The Araucampeón Retirado players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
