Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. A collision led to Pacova getting a freekick after 21 minutes play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Murillo Simões in the 66th minute of play forced Pacova's goalkeeper Júlio Salgado to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After a rather tough play, Pacova's Davi Zonta got a free kick in the 68th minute. In the 72nd minute, Anselmo Mendonça got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 76th minute Anderson Ramalho shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Júlio Salgado saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line.
