Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Angai's João Paulo Velasco started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Gabriel Freire made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Rômulo Duarte in the 3rd minute of play. Gabriel Freire showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from João Paulo Velasco in the 7th minute of the match. 10 minutes into the match, Mattinha's goalkeeper Gabriel Freire had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by João Paulo Velasco. In the 10th minute, Thiago Linhares hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Mattinha's Gabriel Freire proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 12th minute of the match, managed to save Mattinha from getting a goal against them. Edmílson Novaes could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 13th minute of the match, but Gabriel Freire made a huge save. In the 15th minute Gabriel Luz shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jaime Souza saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. With a little luck, Mattinha's Gabriel Freire got control of the ball when Artur Bueno tried to sneak it across the goal line. 22 minutes into the game, Edmílson Novaes cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-0. Gabriel Freire was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. In the 25th minute, Mattinha's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after João Paulo Velasco fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. After a rather tough play, Mattinha's Gabriel Luz got a free kick in the 28th minute. Oséas Braga's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Jaime Souza read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 32nd minute of play. Gabriel Freire was a little too slow when João Paulo Velasco got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 34th minute. The score was now 2-0. Mattinha's Gabriel Freire played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Rômulo Duarte in the 42nd minute of play. When Mattinha's Igor Nunes in the 43rd minute got a chance for a shot 43rd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Angai's goalie prevented a goal. When the match had gone on for 46 minutes, Rômulo Duarte took a quick shot and it went in 3-0 without a chance for Gabriel Freire to make any attempt to save it.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Igor Nunes to make the kick off. Gabriel Freire came out of the goal in the 55th minute to try and stop a shot by Angai's Aloísio de Amorim. But to his dismay, Aloísio de Amorim quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 4-0. Igor Nunes who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 59thth minute tested the skills of Jaime Souza when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Gabriel Luz received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 60th minute. Jaime Souza tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Edmílson Novaes in the 68th minute of play forced Mattinha's goalkeeper Gabriel Freire to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Nico de Amorim hit a great freekick 68 minutes into the match. In the 69th minute of the match Gil Berger sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Gabriel Freire skillfully saved the ball. João Paulo Velasco received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 72nd minute. Gabriel Freire tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Mattinha's Gabriel Freire played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Edmílson Novaes in the 74th minute of play. If João Paulo Velasco had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 75th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After a rather tough play, Mattinha's Nico de Amorim got a free kick in the 76th minute. Gabriel Luz got his second yellow card in the match during the 78th minute which meant that he had to leave the ground. The supporters of Angai booed when Mattinha was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 79 match minutes in a wonderful position. Gabriel Luz didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 80th match minute, Angai was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Gil Berger to maneuver through the defense. If Igor Nunes had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 83rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 84th minute, Oséas Braga got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After 91 played minutes Angai got a freekick which was hit by Rômulo Duarte. Angai were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest. They thanked the players of Mattinha for a fine match.
