Spectators: 7227 (Terracing: 5422, Seating: 1662, VIP seats: 143) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Eurico Motta kicked off to start the match. Egídio Peixoto recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 24th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 78thth minute of the game Eurico Motta who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Florindo's Luís Paulo Moraes was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Acácio Breckenfeld's late challenge caught a Florindo's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Acácio Breckenfeld helped the player get up and apologised. In the 87th minute, Florindo's Gilvan Couto ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Jardel Matos. Jardel Matos yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-4. Egídio Peixoto received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 90th minute. Jardel Matos tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere.
