In the 3rd minute, Jon-Inge Vårdal hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 5 minutes into the game, Vøn der Völke's Arthur Tepedino nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Breno Ceresso made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-0. Breno Ceresso made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Arthur Tepedino in the 8th minute of play. In the 12thth minute of the game Arthur Tepedino who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Nazareno EC's Breno Ceresso was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. 12 minutes into the game, Adriano Catarinense was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Nazareno EC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Vøn der Völke the free kick. After 13 played minutes Nazareno EC got a freekick which was hit by Adriano Catarinense. In the 16th minute, Felipe Azevedo got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Breno Ceresso was out of position in the 21 minute of play, and Arthur Tepedino capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Arthur Tepedino really showed his touch with that goal: 2-0. 27 minutes into the match, Nazareno EC's goalkeeper Breno Ceresso had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Otávio de Lara. The crowd rose to their feet as Vøn der Völke's Arthur Tepedino slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Breno Ceresso. That made the score 3-0 after 28 minutes of play. When Edmundo Duarte fell near the penalty area in the 31st minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Nazareno EC's protests and gave Edmundo Duarte a yellow card for diving instead. After 31 played minutes Nazareno EC got a freekick which was hit by Edmundo Duarte. If Edmundo Duarte had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 34th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. If Belmiro Pena had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 40th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Abelardo Paranaense succeeded to score despite a near miss that spronge from right pole into the goal to 4-0 in the 43rd playminute. After a rather tough play, Vøn der Völke's Gildo Souza got a free kick in the 46th minute. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 4-0 at half-time.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Arthur Tepedino was the one to do the kick off. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Arthur Tepedino in the 53rd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Breno Ceresso prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Belmiro Pena succeeded to score despite a near miss that spronge from right pole into the goal to 4-1 in the 55th playminute. Nazareno EC's Felipe Azevedo got a good chance for a goal in the 62nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Luiz Fabiano Salles made an important save on a dangerous shot by Felipe Azevedo in the 67th minute. Vøn der Völke's Arthur Tepedino got a good chance for a goal in the 71st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Breno Ceresso stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Abelardo Paranaense's shot from short distance in the 73rd minute. Breno Ceresso came out of the goal in the 76th minute to try and stop a shot by Vøn der Völke's Arthur Tepedino. But to his dismay, Arthur Tepedino quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 5-1. Edmundo Duarte might have been able to make a better finish in the 84th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Luiz Fabiano Salles. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Edmundo Duarte ran back to his position shaking his head. Luiz Fabiano Salles was a little too slow when Felipe Azevedo got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 87th minute. The score was now 5-2. Abelardo Paranaense took the ball and in the 91 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Breno Ceresso. Breno Ceresso dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 6-2. Luiz Fabiano Salles made a fantastic save in the 94th minute, when Edmundo Duarte sent off a good shot on target. Vøn der Völke were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest. They thanked the players of Nazareno EC for a fine match.
