The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Gilberto Ferreira to strike the kick off in the second half. Rafael Meireles stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Dalmo Schmidt's shot from short distance in the 54th minute. If Dalmo Schmidt had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 87th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 89thth minute of the game Dalmo Schmidt who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Umber FC's Rafael Meireles was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Gilberto Ferreira during the 90th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Gilberto Ferreira kicked well hit freekick during the 90th minute of the match. When CRUZEIRO S.A's Dalmo Schmidt in the 94th minute got a chance for a shot 94th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie.
