Spectators: 7131 (Terracing: 5631, Seating: 1450, VIP seats: 50) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Nildo Rodrigues kicked off to start the match. Robinho Soeiro showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Dito Queirós, who was totally free with the ball in the 10th minute. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Dito Neves in the 12th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Robinho Soeiro prevented the ball from getting in the gole. With a little luck, Louveira EC's Renatinho Catarinense got control of the ball when Válter Santos tried to sneak it across the goal line. Dito Neves fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 21st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Robinho Soeiro having to interfere. After having played for 28 minutes, Dito Queirós managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Louveira EC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Dito Queirós was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 32nd minute, Carlos Augusto Botelho left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Louveira EC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-1. 37 minutes in the game Adalberto Moreno did a throw-in, and the ball was quickly in game thanks to Carlos Augusto Botelho. Dito Neves received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 43rd minute. Robinho Soeiro tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. A collision led to Serra Futebol Clube getting a freekick after 46 minutes play. Armandinho Vasconcelos hit a great ball. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-1 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Dito Neves stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. After some careless play in the Louveira EC defense, Waldir Rosado kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Renatinho Catarinense. The Louveira EC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Renatinho Catarinense should have stopped the shot. If Dito Neves had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 58th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 60th minute, Carlos Augusto Botelho hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Robinho Soeiro showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Dito Neves in the 63rd minute of the match. 66 minutes into the match, Nildo Rodrigues notched a goal, 2-1, to the right of Louveira EC's Renatinho Catarinense. Renatinho Catarinense was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Through an outstanding action, after 71 minutes, Robinho Soeiro successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. After having played for 76 minutes, Dito Queirós managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Louveira EC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Dito Queirós was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Dito Neves sent away a hard shot on goal in the 79th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 84th minute, Renan Madureira hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Válter Santos recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 86th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. When Dito Neves came up free with the goalie in the 89th minute, the Louveira EC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Dito Neves couldn't finish the play. After 96 minutes Serra Futebol Clube's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Mário Dionísio who took care of the corner kick. After taking down the ball on Louveira EC's corner Mário Dionísio fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Robinho Soeiro quite easily take care of the ball. Serra Futebol Clube's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
