Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) After some fancy dribbling in the 3rd minute, Jean Campidelis managed to get in a good position for a shot. Riconada EC's supporters rose to their feet, but Jean Campidelis was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Juan Queiroz breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Alfredinho Saraiva made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Eliu Doles in the 5th minute of play. An unexpected shot in the 6th minute by Jean Campidelis got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. Riconada EC's Alfredinho Saraiva played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Eliu Doles in the 7th minute of play. In the 8th minute, Jean Campidelis hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 9th minute of the match Célio Tepedino sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Alfredinho Saraiva skillfully saved the ball. The referee felt a red card was in order, 14 minutes into the game, when Vito Mazza put in a rough tackle. 13 minutes into the game, one of ASPEN:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. In the 18th minute, César Macedo made a precise shot to the right of Alfredinho Saraiva. Riconada EC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-1. Luiz Fabiano Abreu kicked well hit freekick during the 24th minute of the match. A collision led to ASPEN getting a freekick after 28 minutes play. Genílson Cunha hit a great ball. Jarbas Vieira charged in rather forcefully in the 31st minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Jarbas Vieira the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Jarbas Vieira might have been able to make a better finish in the 38th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Juan Queiroz. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Jarbas Vieira ran back to his position shaking his head. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Jarbas Vieira stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Luiz Fabiano Abreu sent away a hard shot on goal in the 52nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After 55 minutes, Claudinho Vianna mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Riconada EC and the ASPEN players grew even worse after the yellow card. A collision led to Riconada EC getting a freekick after 55 minutes play. Claudinho Vianna hit a great ball. Jean Campidelis sent away a hard shot on goal in the 59th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Juan Queiroz showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jarbas Vieira in the 65th minute of the match. Juan Queiroz showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Jarbas Vieira, who was totally free with the ball in the 68th minute. Alfredinho Saraiva didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Eliu Doles went, in the 71st minute, to the upper right corner, 1-2 was the resulting score. Juan Queiroz showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Jarbas Vieira, who was totally free with the ball in the 76th minute. In the 78th minute, ASPEN's Eliu Doles ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Alfredinho Saraiva. Alfredinho Saraiva yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-3. Edu Ortiz fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 82nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Juan Queiroz having to interfere. Eliu Doles took the ball and in the 84 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Alfredinho Saraiva. Alfredinho Saraiva dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-4. With a little luck, Riconada EC's Alfredinho Saraiva got control of the ball when César Macedo tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 94th minute of the match, César Macedo got a very nice opportunity to score, but Alfredinho Saraiva was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. Eliu Doles could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 95th minute of the match, but Alfredinho Saraiva made a huge save. Riconada EC's Jarbas Vieira got a good chance for a goal in the 96th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar.
