Juan Velloso made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Cido da Silveira in the 3rd minute of play. In the 5th minute, Gilberto do Valle left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Monster Billy EC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-1. Andrézinho Miranda recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 10th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After 14 played minutes Oranil got a freekick which was hit by Giovani Viana. Oranil's Juan Velloso played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Andrézinho Miranda in the 19th minute of play. After some careless play in the Oranil defense, Cido da Silveira kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Juan Velloso. The Oranil fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Juan Velloso should have stopped the shot. In the 23rd minute Aquilino Gaxan shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Juan Velloso saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After a rather tough play, Oranil's Giovani Viana got a free kick in the 24th minute. 25 minutes into the match, Cido da Silveira notched a goal, 0-3, to the right of Oranil's Juan Velloso. Juan Velloso was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Cido da Silveira fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 28th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Juan Velloso having to interfere. In the 29th minute Andrézinho Miranda shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Juan Velloso saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Juan Velloso made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Aquilino Gaxan in the 31st minute of play. Aquilino Gaxan received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 34th minute. Juan Velloso tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Sérgio das Neves kicked well hit freekick during the 36th minute of the match. In the 37th minute, Cido da Silveira left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Monster Billy EC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-4. In the 39th minute, Andrézinho Miranda hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Juan Velloso showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Cido da Silveira in the 43rd minute of the match. Juan Velloso made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Cido da Silveira in the 44th minute of play. Cido da Silveira took the ball and in the 45 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Juan Velloso. Juan Velloso dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-5. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-5 lead.

The wind increased when Kléber Saldanha made the kick off in the second half. In the 53rd minute Edmílson Catarinense shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Begley McWillie saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Gilberto do Valle took the ball and in the 62 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Juan Velloso. Juan Velloso dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-6. Monster Billy EC made a substitution. Enio Vasconcelos replaced Giuseppe Falcão. Juan Velloso made an important save on a dangerous shot by Cido da Silveira in the 67th minute. 68 minutes into the match, Oranil's goal looked a bit too open when Gilberto do Valle came free, but Juan Velloso reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The audience thought a goal was coming when Gilberto do Valle got free with Juan Velloso in the 72nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 73rd minute, Gilberto do Valle made a precise shot to the right of Juan Velloso. Oranil's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-8. Gilberto do Valle who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 77thth minute tested the skills of Juan Velloso when he managed to save the team from getting behind. 78 minutes into the game, Monster Billy EC's Cido da Silveira nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Juan Velloso made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-9. Juan Velloso took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Gilberto do Valle, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Juan Velloso was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Aquilino Gaxan showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 0-10 in the 83 minute of play. Oranil's Juan Velloso played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Aquilino Gaxan in the 92nd minute of play. In the 93rd minute, Cido da Silveira made a precise shot to the right of Juan Velloso. Oranil's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-12. Oranil's Juan Velloso played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Aquilino Gaxan in the 97th minute of play. Monster Billy EC played a much better game than Oranil and deserved their victory. The Oranil players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
