Corinthians Paulistano's Giovanni Schmidt played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Dedé Gaspar in the 6th minute of play. Angelino Nueva made a fantastic save in the 7th minute, when Nilton Martins sent off a good shot on target. In the 9th minute of the match, Ramón Pernambucano tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Angelino Nueva saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. 9 minutes into the match, Reko-Recko 03™'s goal looked a bit too open when Ramón Pernambucano came free, but Angelino Nueva reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 10th minute Corinthians Paulistano were awarded a corner. Nilton Martins went to the cornerflag to take it. After taking down the ball on Corinthians Paulistano's corner Nilton Martins fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Angelino Nueva quite easily take care of the ball. 12 minutes into the match, Corinthians Paulistano's goal looked a bit too open when Svali Bollason came free, but Giovanni Schmidt reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Svali Bollason in the 14th minute of play forced Corinthians Paulistano's goalkeeper Giovanni Schmidt to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After having played for 62 minutes, Cipriano de Toledo managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Reko-Recko 03™'s supporters crossed their fingers, but Cipriano de Toledo was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. A collision led to Reko-Recko 03™ getting a freekick after 65 minutes play. Dedé Gaspar hit a great ball. Svali Bollason kicked well hit freekick during the 67th minute of the match. Gerardo Arce recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 71st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Dedé Gaspar could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 72nd minute of the match, but Giovanni Schmidt made a huge save. In the 74th minute of the match Reko-Recko 03™ got a corner. Corinthians Paulistano's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Gerardo Arce ran over to the corner to take the kick. Cipriano de Toledo made a great header on Reko-Recko 03™'s corner, it was just that Corinthians Paulistano's Giovanni Schmidt managed to reach the ball for a save. Dedé Gaspar took the ball and in the 75 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Giovanni Schmidt. Thanks to some nice moves Virgílio Trigo could shoot a difficult shot in the 87th minute, which Giovanni Schmidt however easily saved by the left post. Virgílio Trigo recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 89th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 91 minutes in the game, Dedé Gaspar fired away an excellent shot, which passed to the side of the right post without Giovanni Schmidt having to interfere.
