Spectators: 7650 (Terracing: 5750, Seating: 1800, VIP seats: 100) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Lukasz Sidor kicked off to start the match. Barnaba Marud who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 6thth minute tested the skills of Dedé Dionísio when he managed to save the team from getting behind. 7 minutes into the match, HollywooDogs's goal looked a bit too open when Barnaba Marud came free, but Dedé Dionísio reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Abderraouf Moussaoui received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 9th minute. Dedé Dionísio tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Dedé Dionísio showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Barnaba Marud, who was totally free with the ball in the 12th minute. Paraná Clube PG's Pedro Mazza played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ricardinho Alvarenga in the 14th minute of play. The supporters of Paraná Clube PG booed when HollywooDogs was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 15 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ronaldinho Lago didn't get a good kick on the ball. Ricardinho Alvarenga blasted a shot towards the goal in the 17th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Pedro Mazza having to make a save. In the 17th minute Ricardinho Alvarenga shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Pedro Mazza saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 22nd minute, Ricardinho Alvarenga got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 24th minute, Barnaba Marud made a precise shot to the right of Dedé Dionísio. HollywooDogs's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-1. Ricardinho Alvarenga's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Pedro Mazza read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 28th minute of play. Ricardinho Alvarenga might have been able to make a better finish in the 29th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Pedro Mazza. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Ricardinho Alvarenga ran back to his position shaking his head. Dedé Dionísio made a fantastic save in the 31st minute, when Barnaba Marud sent off a good shot on target. Pedro Mazza took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ricardinho Alvarenga, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Ricardinho Alvarenga in the 33rd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Pedro Mazza prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Tomás Mazza hit a great freekick 40 minutes into the match. In the 42nd minute Paraná Clube PG were awarded a corner. Mazinho Valadares went to the cornerflag to take it. The corner led Paraná Clube PG's Abderraouf Moussaoui to fire away a dangerous shot which Dedé Dionísio despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. Ricardinho Alvarenga recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 46th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The first half was very even, with the score at 1-1 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

When the match clock showed 51 minutes, the score became 2-1 when Barnaba Marud sped through HollywooDogs's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Dedé Dionísio. Paraná Clube PG's Pedro Mazza proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 54th minute of the match, managed to save Paraná Clube PG from getting a goal against them. In the 57th minute Abderraouf Moussaoui shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Dedé Dionísio saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Lukasz Sidor struck a weak shot in the 59th minute. Pedro Mazza didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for HollywooDogs. 62 minutes into the match, Paraná Clube PG's goalkeeper Pedro Mazza had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Ricardinho Alvarenga. Lukasz Sidor was really disappointed when he shot the ball just outside the right post instead of scoring a goal in the 65th minute. HollywooDogs's manager could be seen on the sidelines shaking his head and muttering to himself as his team had just wasted another chance. Paraná Clube PG's Durvalino Paranaense was substituted for Mauro Valadares. Dedé Dionísio showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Abderraouf Moussaoui, who was totally free with the ball in the 69th minute. In the 75th minute of the match Paraná Clube PG got a corner. HollywooDogs's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Mazinho Valadares ran over to the corner to take the kick. A nice corner shot did that Mazinho Valadares got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Dedé Dionísio quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. 82 minutes into the match, HollywooDogs's goal looked a bit too open when Mazinho Valadares came free, but Dedé Dionísio reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 83rd minute of the match André Luís Machado sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Dedé Dionísio skillfully saved the ball. Paraná Clube PG's defense didn't have a chance, in the 87th minute, when Ricardinho Alvarenga scored to the left of an out of position Pedro Mazza, making the score, 2-3. 89 minutes into the match, HollywooDogs's goal looked a bit too open when Barnaba Marud came free, but Dedé Dionísio reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 90 played minutes HollywooDogs got a freekick which was hit by Quintinus Veterini. HollywooDogs's Dedé Dionísio played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Barnaba Marud in the 91st minute of play. In the 92nd minute of the match Paraná Clube PG got a corner. HollywooDogs's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Mazinho Valadares ran over to the corner to take the kick. Paraná Clube PG's Mazinho Valadares was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Dedé Dionísio in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. A collision led to HollywooDogs getting a freekick after 94 minutes play. Ronaldinho Lago hit a great ball.
