In the 3rd minute Mustafa Haydar Taci shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Renato Braga saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 4 minutes into the game, Bastioes EC's Célio Nogueira nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Renato Braga made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-1. 11 minutes into the match, Célio Nogueira notched a goal, 0-2, to the right of Real Soccer FC's Renato Braga. Renato Braga was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Igor Marinho made a fantastic save in the 17th minute, when João Correia sent off a good shot on target. João Correia recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 19th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 21 minutes into the game, Mustafa Haydar Taci cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-3. Renato Braga was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. 24 minutes into the match, Bastioes EC's goal looked a bit too open when João Correia came free, but Igor Marinho reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The supporters of Real Soccer FC booed when Bastioes EC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 27 match minutes in a wonderful position. Eusébio Mota didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 28th minute the ball was on its way in behind Bastioes EC's goalkeeper Igor Marinho, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. If Célio Nogueira had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 30th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 33rd minute João Correia shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Igor Marinho saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 36 minutes into the match, Real Soccer FC's goal looked a bit too open when Célio Nogueira came free, but Renato Braga reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Renato Braga took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Célio Nogueira, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 39th match minute, Bastioes EC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Mustafa Haydar Taci to maneuver through the defense. Igor Marinho made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from João Correia in the 44th minute of play. After 44 played minutes Bastioes EC got a freekick which was hit by Zé Augusto Fonseca. An unexpectedly hard shot by Célio Nogueira in the 47th minute of play forced Real Soccer FC's goalkeeper Renato Braga to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Disappointed in the 0-3 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Adalberto Figueiredo was the one to do the kick off. Stergios Britzolidis hit a great freekick 52 minutes into the match. In the 53rd minute Adalberto Figueiredo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Renato Braga saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Adalberto Figueiredo kicked well hit freekick during the 56th minute of the match. Mustafa Haydar Taci who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 60thth minute tested the skills of Renato Braga when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Renato Braga made a fantastic save in the 61st minute, when Célio Nogueira sent off a good shot on target. After 63 minutes Real Soccer FC's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Jairo Arantes who took care of the corner kick. The corner went over the outstretched arms of Real Soccer FC's goalie and right to Mustafa Haydar Taci. He fired away a shot at goal, but the shot had too much spin, and it went just outside the goal. Real Soccer FC's manager breathed a sigh of relief on the sidelines as his team had managed to escape an almost certain goal. Célio Nogueira could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 65th minute of the match, but Renato Braga made a huge save. A collision led to Real Soccer FC getting a freekick after 65 minutes play. Stergios Britzolidis hit a great ball. Renato Braga showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Adalberto Figueiredo in the 67th minute of the match. João Correia scored 1-3 in the 68th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Igor Marinho, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 76th minute, Adalberto Figueiredo made a precise shot to the right of Renato Braga. Real Soccer FC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-4. In the 85th minute the ball was on its way in behind Real Soccer FC's goalkeeper Renato Braga, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. When Célio Nogueira fell near the penalty area in the 92nd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Bastioes EC's protests and gave Célio Nogueira a yellow card for diving instead. Célio Nogueira kicked well hit freekick during the 92nd minute of the match.
