Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Betão Costa got the match started through his kick off. If Carolo Palban had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 3rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. An unexpectedly hard shot by Urbano Barto in the 7th minute of play forced Tejos Bulls's goalkeeper Ermegildo Osoitz to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 8 minutes into the match, Tejos Bulls's goalkeeper Ermegildo Osoitz had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Leopoldo Tauro. Marcial Poncio sent away a hard shot on goal in the 10th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Betão Costa in the 12th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Basilio Abad saved Botija from getting behind. Ermegildo Osoitz took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Urbano Barto, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Basilio Abad came out of the goal in the 16th minute to try and stop a shot by Tejos Bulls's Carolo Palban. But to his dismay, Carolo Palban quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. A collision led to Botija getting a freekick after 26 minutes play. After 29 played minutes Botija got a freekick which was hit by Leopoldo Tauro. If Betão Costa had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 30th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Rene Corderro kicked well hit freekick during the 31st minute of the match. After 32 minutes of play, Tejos Bulls's Carolo Palban made it 0-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Basilio Abad was left in no man's land by his defense there! Ermegildo Osoitz showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Siro Urtsin, who was totally free with the ball in the 37th minute. In the 39th minute, Tejos Bulls's Hugo Esteves seemed to kick out at an opponent. The referee saw this and, surprisingly, showed Hugo Esteves the red card, dismissing him from the pitch. The coaching staff of Tejos Bulls protested bitterly, but the referee would have none of it, and Hugo Esteves had no choice but to slowly walk off the pitch. 39 minutes into the game, one of Tejos Bulls:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. After the first half Tejos Bulls were leading 1-2. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Urbano Barto was the one to do the kick off. Ermegildo Osoitz made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Leopoldo Tauro in the 52nd minute of play. In the 53rd match minute, Botija was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Siro Urtsin to maneuver through the defense. 62 minutes into the match, Botija's goalkeeper Basilio Abad had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Carolo Palban. Tejos Bulls's Ermegildo Osoitz played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Benedicto Tancredo in the 68th minute of play. After some careless play in the Tejos Bulls defense, Daniel Gaitan kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Ermegildo Osoitz. The Tejos Bulls fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Ermegildo Osoitz should have stopped the shot. Tejos Bulls made a substitution. Luisito Fernado replaced Marcial Poncio. Benedicto Tancredo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 75th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After 81 played minutes, Botija's Marcelino Guillelmo shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Ermegildo Osoitz came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Botija reached it. After having played for 84 minutes, Carolo Palban managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Tejos Bulls's supporters crossed their fingers, but Carolo Palban was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After some fancy dribbling in the 85th minute, Enrique Bela managed to get in a good position for a shot. Tejos Bulls's supporters rose to their feet, but Enrique Bela was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Basilio Abad breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. 89 minutes into the game, Botija's Siro Urtsin nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Ermegildo Osoitz made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 3-2. 96 minutes into the match, Tejos Bulls's goal looked a bit too open when Benedicto Tancredo came free, but Ermegildo Osoitz reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Botija were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest. They thanked the players of Tejos Bulls for a fine match.
