Anastasio Belmiro came out of the goal and Romulo Lia tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Jonas Urki fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 12th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Anastasio Belmiro having to interfere. Atilano Galeno received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 13th minute. Anastasio Belmiro tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When Triple 8 FC's Romulo Lia in the 25th minute got a chance for a shot 25th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Romulo Lia in the 40th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Anastasio Belmiro prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 45th minute, Romulo Lia made a precise shot to the right of Anastasio Belmiro. C.A Azul y Oro's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-2. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 1-2.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Anacleto Herensuge was the one to do the kick off. In the 91st minute Anacleto Herensuge shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Fabian Jerardo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 94th match minute, Triple 8 FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Angelo Cordarell to maneuver through the defense. After 95 played minutes, C.A Azul y Oro's Blas Berenguer shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Fabian Jerardo came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in C.A Azul y Oro reached it. Triple 8 FC played a much better game than C.A Azul y Oro and deserved their victory. The C.A Azul y Oro players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
