The referee showed Silvio Mikolas the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 5th minute Teo Guib shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Astor Gar saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Carlos Theobald kicked well hit freekick during the 6th minute of the match. In the 9th match minute, Manantiales AFC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Carlos Theobald to maneuver through the defense. Carlos Theobald sent away a hard shot on goal in the 13th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Benigno Iturri received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 16th minute. Genaro Casomiro tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Silvio Mikolas in the 25th minute of play forced Manantiales AFC's goalkeeper Astor Gar to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Teo Guib in the 26th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Astor Gar prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Astor Gar made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Silvio Mikolas in the 27th minute of play. Silvio Mikolas fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 29th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Astor Gar having to interfere. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Carlos Theobald made a kick off. 55 minutes into the match, Teo Guib notched a goal, 0-1, to the right of Manantiales AFC's Astor Gar. Astor Gar was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Bartolo Miliano kicked well hit freekick during the 62nd minute of the match. After some fancy dribbling in the 64th minute, Teo Guib managed to get in a good position for a shot. Famatina FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Teo Guib was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Astor Gar breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. 72 minutes into the game, Anastasio Roldanillo cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-2. Genaro Casomiro was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. 77 minutes into the game, Famatina FC's Teo Guib nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Astor Gar made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-3. After some careless play in the Manantiales AFC defense, Teo Guib kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Astor Gar. The Manantiales AFC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Astor Gar should have stopped the shot. After having played for 85 minutes, Teo Guib managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Famatina FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Teo Guib was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 86th match minute, Manantiales AFC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Benigno Iturri to maneuver through the defense. Silvio Mikolas struck a weak shot in the 87th minute. Astor Gar didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Famatina FC. Silvio Mikolas sent away a hard shot on goal in the 91st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When the match had gone on for 92 minutes, Teo Guib took a quick shot and it went in 1-5 without a chance for Astor Gar to make any attempt to save it. In the 96th minute, Teo Guib got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. The Famatina FC supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing Famatina FC would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
