A hard shot by Igor Balendin from long distance, 15 minutes into the match, got Rogelio Argenis's attention. Through a fast twist with his body, he could stop the ball from going in on his right side. After some fancy dribbling in the 17th minute, Astor Tauro managed to get in a good position for a shot. Tambillos's supporters rose to their feet, but Astor Tauro was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 88 minutes into the match, PANDINACO FC's goal looked a bit too open when Nunez Tauro came free, but Rogelio Argenis reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line.
