In the 3rdth minute of the game Adolfo Ponce who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but PANDINACO FC's Rogelio Argenis was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Gaston Bastian sent away a hard shot on goal in the 7th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The crowd rose to their feet as PANDINACO FC's Froilan Fidensio slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Basilio Montel. That made the score 1-0 after 12 minutes of play. PANDINACO FC's Froilan Fidensio got a good chance for a goal in the 16th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 19th minute Arturo Gaztea shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Rogelio Argenis saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 21st minute of the match Rodrigo Iztal shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Rogelio Argenis showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Rogelio Argenis showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Adolfo Ponce, who was totally free with the ball in the 23rd minute. After a defensive mix-up in PANDINACO FC's zone, Adolfo Ponce stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Rogelio Argenis came out of the goal and Adolfo Ponce tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 26th minute, Gaston Bastian made a precise shot to the right of Rogelio Argenis. PANDINACO FC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-1. Saul Hanot sent away a hard shot on goal in the 38th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. After 40 minutes, Honorio Chap mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the PANDINACO FC and the A.C. Vigal players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 40th minute, Honorio Chap hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Rogelio Argenis made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Gaston Bastian in the 46th minute of play. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 1-1 after a close first half.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Adolfo Ponce to strike the kick off in the second half. With a little luck, PANDINACO FC's Rogelio Argenis got control of the ball when Gaston Bastian tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 56th minute the ball was on its way in behind A.C. Vigal's goalkeeper Basilio Montel, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. An unexpectedly hard shot by Adolfo Ponce in the 57th minute of play forced PANDINACO FC's goalkeeper Rogelio Argenis to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 62 minutes into the match, PANDINACO FC's goal looked a bit too open when Adolfo Ponce came free, but Rogelio Argenis reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Rogelio Argenis made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Adolfo Ponce in the 64th minute of play. After some fancy dribbling in the 67th minute, Froilan Fidensio managed to get in a good position for a shot. PANDINACO FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Froilan Fidensio was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Basilio Montel breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. An unexpected shot in the 69th minute by Gaston Bastian got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Adolfo Ponce in the 70th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Rogelio Argenis prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After 75 minutes of play, PANDINACO FC's Saul Hanot made it 2-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Basilio Montel was left in no man's land by his defense there! Saul Hanot sent away a hard shot on goal in the 90th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 95th minute, A.C. Vigal's Adolfo Ponce ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Rogelio Argenis. Rogelio Argenis yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 2-4. The A.C. Vigal supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing A.C. Vigal would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
