Spectators: 7313 (Terracing: 5486, Seating: 1682, VIP seats: 145) Gaspar Abechuco started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. Armando Donio charged in rather forcefully in the 4th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Armando Donio the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After a rather tough play, Renca AFC's Armando Donio got a free kick in the 4th minute. The long shot by Gonzalo Dominix in the 6th minute really tested Juan Remigio's skills. The ball was on its way into the goal to the left of him when he managed to stretch himself and save the shot and avoid a goal. Feliciano Valiente received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 10th minute. Juan Remigio tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Tobias Mero showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Domingo Galtero, who was totally free with the ball in the 26th minute. Tobias Mero showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Gaspar Abechuco in the 30th minute of the match. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 31st minute of the game. One of Renca AFC:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Guascan:s goal. The referee gave Guascan a penalty, 34 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Denis Munio, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of Renca AFC's Juan Remigio. 1-0. Juan Remigio made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Feliciano Valiente in the 37th minute of play. In the 44th match minute, Guascan was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Emanuel Bero to maneuver through the defense. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 2-0.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Feliciano Valiente to make the kick off. A collision led to Guascan getting a freekick after 54 minutes play. Emanuel Bero hit a great ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Cristian Ospetsu in the 66th minute of play forced Renca AFC's goalkeeper Juan Remigio to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After a rather tough play, Guascan's Feliciano Valiente got a free kick in the 68th minute. Renca AFC's Juan Remigio played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Feliciano Valiente in the 72nd minute of play. 74 minutes into the game, one of Renca AFC:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. When Feliciano Valiente came up free with the goalie in the 83rd minute, the Guascan fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Feliciano Valiente couldn't finish the play. Narciso Raymon received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 85th minute. Juan Remigio tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 89 minutes into the match, Guascan's goal looked a bit too open when Gaspar Abechuco came free, but Tobias Mero reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 99th minute Feliciano Valiente shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Juan Remigio saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The Guascan fans cheered their team off the field, for while Renca AFC had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
