Bruno Esquipula hit a great ball. Sixto Maura, 4 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. Benjamin Machado fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 6th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Basilio Montel having to interfere. Benjamin Machado struck a weak shot in the 9th minute. Basilio Montel didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for V.Lynch. Isidoro George hit a great freekick 10 minutes into the match. Lázaro Frutos recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 13th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After a rather tough play, A.C. Vigal's Juan Etxepare got a free kick in the 14th minute. In the 15th minute, V.Lynch's Benjamin Machado dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 1-0. Godofredo Hanni made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Adolfo Ponce in the 22nd minute of play. Lázaro Frutos sent away a hard shot on goal in the 24th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Adolfo Ponce in the 27th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Godofredo Hanni saved V.Lynch from getting behind. 28 minutes into the match, A.C. Vigal's goal looked a bit too open when Benjamin Machado came free, but Basilio Montel reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 30 played minutes A.C. Vigal got a freekick which was hit by Mauro Iztal. Lázaro Frutos sent away a hard shot on goal in the 33rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 35 minutes into the match, Benjamin Machado dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Basilio Montel, 2-0. If Lázaro Frutos had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 38th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. A.C. Vigal's defense didn't have a chance, in the 45th minute, when Tobias Gilen scored to the left of an out of position Basilio Montel, making the score, 3-0. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 3-0.

After having played for 51 minutes, Gaston Bastian managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. A.C. Vigal's supporters crossed their fingers, but Gaston Bastian was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Benjamin Machado in the 54th minute of play forced A.C. Vigal's goalkeeper Basilio Montel to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After a defensive mix-up in V.Lynch's zone, Gaston Bastian stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Godofredo Hanni came out of the goal and Gaston Bastian tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. V.Lynch's Godofredo Hanni played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Adolfo Ponce in the 59th minute of play. A collision led to V.Lynch getting a freekick after 60 minutes play. Tobias Gilen hit a great ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 61st minute, Gaston Bastian managed to get in a good position for a shot. A.C. Vigal's supporters rose to their feet, but Gaston Bastian was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Godofredo Hanni breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. When A.C. Vigal's Adolfo Ponce in the 64th minute got a chance for a shot 64th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye V.Lynch's goalie prevented a goal. Juan Etxepare kicked well hit freekick during the 66th minute of the match. When Benjamin Machado came up free with the goalie in the 67th minute, the V.Lynch fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Benjamin Machado couldn't finish the play. Gaston Bastian fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 71st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Godofredo Hanni having to interfere. If Gaston Bastian had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 75th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When Adolfo Ponce came up free with the goalie in the 94th minute, the A.C. Vigal fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Adolfo Ponce couldn't finish the play. V.Lynch's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
