Anguincila's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Marcos Viator was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-0. Ceferino Quiroga showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Eulalio Onofre, who was totally free with the ball in the 22nd minute. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Eulalio Onofre in the 30th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Ceferino Quiroga saved Coranzulí FC from getting behind. When the match clock showed 32 minutes, the score became 1-1 when Eulalio Onofre sped through Coranzulí FC's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Ceferino Quiroga. Coranzulí FC's Marcos Viator got a good chance for a goal in the 81st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. If Serafin Oalo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 82nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Eulalio Onofre sent away a hard shot on goal in the 85th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Gaston Javiar's late challenge caught a Coranzulí FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Gaston Javiar helped the player get up and apologised. After 88 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Anguincila! One of Anguincila:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Coranzulí FC:s goal. In the 101st minute the ball was on its way in behind Coranzulí FC's goalkeeper Ceferino Quiroga, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. The home crowd let out a huge roar when the referee blew for the end of the game. Coranzulí FC were victorious despite being under pressure from Anguincila for much of the match.
