Spectators: 7213 (Terracing: 5411, Seating: 1659, VIP seats: 143) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Jairo Quinto made the kick off which started today's match. Mario Cordeal made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jairo Quinto in the 4th minute of play. Eustacio Sazon's late challenge caught a Milagro's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Eustacio Sazon helped the player get up and apologised. When Albino Esiquio fell near the penalty area in the 6th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Milagro's protests and gave Albino Esiquio a yellow card for diving instead. The supporters of Smith booed when Milagro was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 6 match minutes in a wonderful position. Albino Esiquio didn't get a good kick on the ball. Albino Esiquio fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 10th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Mario Cordeal having to interfere. Smith's Ladislao Gaxan got a good chance for a goal in the 15th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 19th minute of the match, Bruno Emeterio tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Genaro Roderigo saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. 20 minutes into the match, Milagro's goalkeeper Genaro Roderigo had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Ladislao Gaxan. In the 21st minute Jairo Quinto shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Mario Cordeal saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Javier Euloxu recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 22nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Eustacio Sazon hit a great freekick 24 minutes into the match. The audience was convinced that Bruno Emeterio's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Genaro Roderigo was relentless in the 31st minute of the game. In the 32nd match minute, Milagro was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Albino Esiquio to maneuver through the defense. Genaro Roderigo made an important save on a dangerous shot by Eustacio Sazon in the 35th minute. In the 38th minute, Eustacio Sazon reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Genaro Roderigo. The goal made the score 1-1. After 42 played minutes Milagro got a freekick which was hit by Luis Patxi. Eustacio Sazon sent away a hard shot on goal in the 44th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. With his leg Genaro Roderigo managed to avoid a goal in the 46thth minute, when Smith's Ladislao Gaxan fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. The first half was very even, with the score at 1-1 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

The wind increased when Bruno Emeterio made the kick off in the second half. The supporters of Smith booed when Milagro was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 53 match minutes in a wonderful position. Jairo Quinto didn't get a good kick on the ball. Bruno Emeterio received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 56th minute. Genaro Roderigo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Eustacio Sazon in the 60th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Genaro Roderigo prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Mario Cordeal came out of the goal in the 62nd minute to try and stop a shot by Milagro's Benjamin Mino. But to his dismay, Benjamin Mino quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-2. Smith's Eustacio Sazon got a good chance for a goal in the 69th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Ladislao Gaxan fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 74th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Genaro Roderigo having to interfere. Bruno Emeterio struck a weak shot in the 78th minute. Genaro Roderigo didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Smith. Bruno Emeterio took the ball and in the 81 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Genaro Roderigo. Genaro Roderigo dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-2. The audience thought a goal was coming when Benjamin Mino got free with Mario Cordeal in the 84th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Mario Cordeal showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Jairo Quinto, who was totally free with the ball in the 86th minute. 87 minutes into the game, Milagro's Benjamin Mino nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Mario Cordeal made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-3. Genaro Roderigo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Bruno Emeterio, who was totally free with the ball in the 90th minute. If Eustacio Sazon had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 95th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When the final whistle went the supporters of Milagro were delighted that their team had defeated the much more dominant Smith side.
