Nunez Carlomagno hit a great freekick 5 minutes into the match. Club 57's Alfredo Remir proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 7th minute of the match, managed to save Club 57 from getting a goal against them. When the match had gone on for 10 minutes, Victoriano Frascuelo put it in 1-0 from a short distance just to the right of Alfredo Remir. Florencio Luzaide fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 18th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Mauro Chepe having to interfere. Alfredo Remir took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Victoriano Frascuelo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 23 played minutes Cúspide FC got a freekick which was hit by Ladislao Canor. Fernando Firme was probably a little too eager to shoot when he, in the 24th played minute, shot the ball from way out. The shot was hard, but the ball flew wide of the goal. Nicanor Ugutz received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 27th minute. Alfredo Remir tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Casimiro Quiroga hit a great freekick 35 minutes into the match. Alfredo Remir made a fantastic save in the 36th minute, when Victoriano Frascuelo sent off a good shot on target. The supporters of Cúspide FC booed when Club 57 was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 36 match minutes in a wonderful position. Dionisio Eder didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 41 minutes, Simon Oinaz mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Club 57 and the Cúspide FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. Simon Oinaz hit a great freekick 41 minutes into the match. 42 minutes into the match, Club 57's goal looked a bit too open when Nicanor Ugutz came free, but Alfredo Remir reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Mauro Chepe showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Claudio Firme, who was totally free with the ball in the 46th minute. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 1-0 at half-time.

A collision led to Club 57 getting a freekick after 54 minutes play. Florencio Luzaide hit a great ball. Victoriano Frascuelo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 56th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 58 minutes into the match, Club 57's goal looked a bit too open when Victoriano Frascuelo came free, but Alfredo Remir reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 76 minutes of play, Cúspide FC's Victoriano Frascuelo made it 2-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Alfredo Remir was left in no man's land by his defense there! Alfredo Remir took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Benedicto Mantzio, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 86 minutes into the match, Club 57's goal looked a bit too open when Victoriano Frascuelo came free, but Alfredo Remir reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Victoriano Frascuelo recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 87th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Cúspide FC's Victoriano Frascuelo got a good chance for a goal in the 94th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Benedicto Mantzio blasted a shot towards the goal in the 96th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Alfredo Remir having to make a save. Club 57's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
