Jesus Santxol showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Victor Honesto in the 16th minute of the match. After some careless play in the Yeruá defense, Baltasar Haritzeder kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Fabricio Gelmiro. The Yeruá fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Fabricio Gelmiro should have stopped the shot. Fabricio Gelmiro showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Romeo Batista in the 28th minute of the match. Baltasar Haritzeder fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 29th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Fabricio Gelmiro having to interfere. After a rather tough play, Yeruá's Cristian Federigo got a free kick in the 34th minute. Yeruá's Fabricio Gelmiro played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Baltasar Haritzeder in the 36th minute of play. Baltasar Haritzeder sent away a hard shot on goal in the 40th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. If Baltasar Haritzeder had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 46th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The Yeruá players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. FC Rustico were winning 0-2.

Jonas George hit a great freekick 52 minutes into the match. After having played for 53 minutes, Romeo Batista managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. FC Rustico's supporters crossed their fingers, but Romeo Batista was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Romeo Batista might have been able to make a better finish in the 54th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Fabricio Gelmiro. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Romeo Batista ran back to his position shaking his head. Baltasar Haritzeder in the 54thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. If Elpidio Bernaldo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 83rd minute. Jesus Santxol had in the 91stth minute some difficulties stopping Omar Frichoso's well aimed penalty as it nearly passed him on his left side, but he still managed to hold the ball. Prudencio Goi took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 94th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Jesus Santxol. FC Rustico's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. The supporters of FC Rustico booed when Yeruá was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 96 match minutes in a wonderful position. Elpidio Bernaldo didn't get a good kick on the ball. FC Rustico played a much better game than Yeruá and deserved their victory. The Yeruá players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
