Benicio Eguntsenti's late challenge caught a Laferrere FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Benicio Eguntsenti helped the player get up and apologised. In the 13th minute, one of Tandil FC:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Tandil FC. After 17 played minutes Laferrere FC got a freekick which was hit by Rene Iratxo. After 20 minutes of play, Tandil FC's Nuno Schmidt made it 1-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Cleto Orlin was left in no man's land by his defense there! After having played for 23 minutes, Americo Tonio managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Tandil FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Americo Tonio was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Eriberto Venceslas sent away a hard shot on goal in the 25th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Omar Irrintzi showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Eriberto Venceslas in the 44th minute of the match. Disappointed in the 1-2 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The wind increased when Rene Iratxo made the kick off in the second half. Americo Tonio fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 51st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Cleto Orlin having to interfere. After 53 played minutes Laferrere FC got a freekick which was hit by Marcial Olando. When the match had gone on for 54 minutes, Nuno Schmidt put it in 1-3 from a short distance just to the right of Cleto Orlin. The audience thought a goal was coming when Nuno Schmidt got free with Cleto Orlin in the 59th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 60 minutes into the match, Tandil FC's goal looked a bit too open when Eriberto Venceslas came free, but Omar Irrintzi reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Laferrere FC's Marcial Olando got his second yellow card of the match in the 63rd minute. The referee ordered Marcial Olando off the ground. The supporters of Tandil FC booed when Laferrere FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 64 match minutes in a wonderful position. Marcial Olando didn't get a good kick on the ball. Nuno Schmidt sent away a hard shot on goal in the 78th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. When the match clock showed 82 minutes, the score became 1-5 when Nuno Schmidt sped through Laferrere FC's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Cleto Orlin. In the 96th minute Tandil FC were awarded a corner. Manuel Donostia went to the cornerflag to take it. The Laferrere FC fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Tandil FC were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
