Spectators: 7410 (Terracing: 5558, Seating: 1704, VIP seats: 148) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Horacio Eguen kicked off to start the match. In the 10th minute Francisco Txeru shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Maximo Hechter saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Argentinos del Norte's defense didn't have a chance, in the 14th minute, when Herminio Firmin scored to the left of an out of position Erasmo Napier, making the score, 2-0. Herminio Firmin in the 23rdth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Erasmo Napier, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. Erasmo Napier showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Baldomero Seber, who was totally free with the ball in the 27th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Herminio Firmin in the 87th minute of play forced Argentinos del Norte's goalkeeper Erasmo Napier to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When Baldomero Seber came up free with the goalie in the 92nd minute, the Chamacos fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Baldomero Seber couldn't finish the play. Chamacos's Herminio Firmin got a good chance for a goal in the 93rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. When the referee ended the match the Chamacos players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
