Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 32 minutes into the game, Ceferino Itzaina was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. CSyD Twisted Fate's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Atlas pasion the free kick. Ceferino Itzaina hit a great freekick 32 minutes into the match. The supporters of Atlas pasion booed when CSyD Twisted Fate was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 35 match minutes in a wonderful position. Epifanio Tebaldo didn't get a good kick on the ball. After some careless play in the CSyD Twisted Fate defense, Ruperto Bitxintxo kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Felix Guzman. The CSyD Twisted Fate fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Felix Guzman should have stopped the shot. Kauan de Castro received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 40th minute. Felix Guzman tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Felix Guzman showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Kauan de Castro in the 43rd minute of the match. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Teobaldo Edur stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. In the 54th minute the ball was on its way in behind Atlas pasion's goalkeeper Guido Maura, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. CSyD Twisted Fate's Isaias Acosta got a good chance for a goal in the 62nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Kauan de Castro fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 65th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Felix Guzman having to interfere.
