Eriberto Suarez hit a great freekick 10 minutes into the match. 12 minutes into the match, Hermengildo Basajaun notched a goal, 0-2, to the right of Chacarita FC's Hernan Dorio. Hernan Dorio was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Nickson FC's Hermengildo Basajaun got a good chance for a goal in the 31st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 34th minute Hermengildo Basajaun shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Hernan Dorio saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 37 minutes into the match, Hermengildo Basajaun notched a goal, 0-4, to the right of Chacarita FC's Hernan Dorio. The referee ignored Nickson FC's protests and gave Filomeno Montay a yellow card for diving instead. After 66 played minutes Nickson FC got a freekick which was hit by Filomeno Montay. In the 72nd minute, Nickson FC's Hermengildo Basajaun dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 1-7. In the 82nd minute, Eleuterio Beremundo ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Hernan Dorio was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-8. Everyone was convinced a goal was close when Nickson FC's Hermengildo Basajaun in the 86th minute lifted the ball towards the upper right corner, but Hernan Dorio was perfectly placed and prevented a goal for Chacarita FC through an amazing save. In the 87th minute Higinio Guter shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Primitivo Bizen saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After a rather tough play, Chacarita FC's Efrain Beltza got a free kick in the 92nd minute. The Chacarita FC fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Nickson FC were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
