In the 64thth minute of the game Americo Eriz who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Marroquin's Feliciano Claris was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. The supporters of Marroquin booed when Veliko Tarnovo was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 69 match minutes in a wonderful position. Americo Eriz didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 81 played minutes Marroquin got a freekick which was hit by Haroldo Urtsin. Veliko Tarnovo's Gonzalo Marko played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Bolo Meksaengaroonrung in the 84th minute of play. Ignacio Aresti fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 85th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Feliciano Claris having to interfere. Rosendo Piorno charged in rather forcefully in the 89th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Rosendo Piorno the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Martino Abecia lost his temper 91 minutes into the game and shoved another player to the ground. He was immediately shown a red card. In the 92nd minute, Martino Abecia hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Rosendo Piorno, 93 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal.
