Spectators: 7480 (Terracing: 5672, Seating: 1738, VIP seats: 70) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Ignacio Aresti took the kick off in the first half of the match. Julio Quinten came out of the goal in the 3rd minute to try and stop a shot by Veliko Tarnovo's Ignacio Aresti. But to his dismay, Ignacio Aresti quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-0. The audience thought a goal was coming when Ignacio Aresti got free with Julio Quinten in the 6th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After 7 played minutes Sajones F.C. got a freekick which was hit by Eusebio Urtungo. 11 minutes into the match, Sajones F.C.'s goal looked a bit too open when Americo Eriz came free, but Julio Quinten reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Gonzalo Marko took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Serafino Jerano, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 14 played minutes Sajones F.C. got a freekick which was hit by Leandro Abastas. Rosendo Piorno took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 15th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Julio Quinten. Sajones F.C.'s goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Rosendo Piorno sent away a hard shot on goal in the 16th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 17th minute, Teobaldo Sidro hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Gonzalo Marko showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Eusebio Urtungo in the 23rd minute of the match. Julio Quinten made an important save on a dangerous shot by Ignacio Aresti in the 24th minute. Gonzalo Marko showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Eusebio Urtungo, who was totally free with the ball in the 29th minute. When Jonatan Herauso fell near the penalty area in the 33rd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Sajones F.C.'s protests and gave Jonatan Herauso a yellow card for diving instead. In the 33rd minute, Jonatan Herauso hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Americo Eriz blasted a shot towards the goal in the 38th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Julio Quinten having to make a save. Veliko Tarnovo's Gonzalo Marko played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Sebastian Richie in the 44th minute of play. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Sebastian Richie was the one to do the kick off. Rosendo Piorno's late challenge caught a Sajones F.C.'s player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Rosendo Piorno helped the player get up and apologised. In the 50th match minute, Veliko Tarnovo was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Rosendo Piorno to maneuver through the defense. Gonzalo Marko stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Eusebio Urtungo's shot from short distance in the 52nd minute. Julio Quinten showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ignacio Aresti in the 54th minute of the match. Rosendo Piorno struck a weak shot in the 59th minute. Julio Quinten didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Veliko Tarnovo. If Ignacio Aresti had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 70th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. In the 72nd minute of the match Serafino Jerano shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Gonzalo Marko showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. In the 73rd match minute, Sajones F.C. was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Teobaldo Sidro to maneuver through the defense. Gonzalo Marko came out of the goal in the 76th minute to try and stop a shot by Sajones F.C.'s Sebastian Richie. But to his dismay, Sebastian Richie quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-1. The throw-in from Teobaldo Sidro in the 78th minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by Veliko Tarnovo's Emanuel Martino. When Veliko Tarnovo's Ignacio Aresti in the 79th minute got a chance for a shot 79th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Sajones F.C.'s goalie prevented a goal. Julio Quinten made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Rosendo Piorno in the 81st minute of play. 82 minutes into the game, Veliko Tarnovo's Ignacio Aresti nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Julio Quinten made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-1. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ignacio Aresti in the 85th minute of play forced Sajones F.C.'s goalkeeper Julio Quinten to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Julio Quinten showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Rosendo Piorno, who was totally free with the ball in the 89th minute. Sebastian Richie received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 91st minute. Gonzalo Marko tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Julio Quinten took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Americo Eriz, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Veliko Tarnovo's supporters were highly satisfied with the result. They cheered their team of the pitch, having watched them win a very even match.
