Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Ovidio Frederik started the match with the kick off. Erubiel Modestio showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ovidio Frederik in the 4th minute of the match. In the 5th minute Ovidio Frederik shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Erubiel Modestio saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When the match had gone on for 6 minutes, Ovidio Frederik put it in 0-1 from a short distance just to the right of Erubiel Modestio. Erubiel Modestio didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Ovidio Frederik went, in the 9th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-2 was the resulting score. After 12th play minutes Ovidio Frederik shot 0-3, a short shot which went by Erubiel Modestio and just under the crossbar into goal. Benigno Quintana took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 16th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Erubiel Modestio. PCD-TIGERS's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. After 17th play minutes Ovidio Frederik shot 0-4, a short shot which went by Erubiel Modestio and just under the crossbar into goal. Erubiel Modestio came out of the goal in the 21st minute to try and stop a shot by THE PAPAGUACHAS's Ovidio Frederik. But to his dismay, Ovidio Frederik quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-5. 26 minutes into the game, Marco Aragones was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. PCD-TIGERS's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave THE PAPAGUACHAS the free kick. In the 26th match minute, PCD-TIGERS was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Marco Aragones to maneuver through the defense. Eusebio Jago made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Marco Aragones in the 35th minute of play. In the 37th minute of the match Benigno Quintana sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Erubiel Modestio skillfully saved the ball. When THE PAPAGUACHAS's Ovidio Frederik in the 38th minute got a chance for a shot 38th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye PCD-TIGERS's goalie prevented a goal. Tiburcio Garin fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 39th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Erubiel Modestio having to interfere. Ovidio Frederik scored 0-6 in the 41st match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Erubiel Modestio, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. The audience was convinced that Ovidio Frederik's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Erubiel Modestio was relentless in the 47th minute of the game. After the first half THE PAPAGUACHAS were leading 0-6. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Marco Aragones stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Ovidio Frederiks short, quick shot in the 54thth minute got Erubiel Modestio to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Ovidio Frederik in the 56thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Erubiel Modestio, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. Erubiel Modestio made a fantastic save in the 61st minute, when Leo Gudesteo sent off a good shot on target. With a little luck, PCD-TIGERS's Erubiel Modestio got control of the ball when Hernán Crespo tried to sneak it across the goal line. Joaquin Aires's late challenge caught a THE PAPAGUACHAS's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Joaquin Aires helped the player get up and apologised. The supporters of THE PAPAGUACHAS booed when PCD-TIGERS was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 63 match minutes in a wonderful position. Joaquin Aires didn't get a good kick on the ball. After having played for 64 minutes, Ovidio Frederik managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. THE PAPAGUACHAS's supporters crossed their fingers, but Ovidio Frederik was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Alberth Rydstrøm's late challenge caught a PCD-TIGERS's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Alberth Rydstrøm helped the player get up and apologised. The supporters of PCD-TIGERS booed when THE PAPAGUACHAS was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 67 match minutes in a wonderful position. Alberth Rydstrøm didn't get a good kick on the ball. With his leg Erubiel Modestio managed to avoid a goal in the 76thth minute, when THE PAPAGUACHAS's Ovidio Frederik fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Tiburcio Garin struck a weak shot in the 77th minute. Erubiel Modestio didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for THE PAPAGUACHAS. After a defensive mix-up in PCD-TIGERS's zone, Leo Gudesteo stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Erubiel Modestio came out of the goal and Leo Gudesteo tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. PCD-TIGERS's Erubiel Modestio proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 81st minute of the match, managed to save PCD-TIGERS from getting a goal against them. Erubiel Modestio came out of the goal in the 82nd minute to try and stop a shot by THE PAPAGUACHAS's Tiburcio Garin. But to his dismay, Tiburcio Garin quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-8. A collision led to THE PAPAGUACHAS getting a freekick after 85 minutes play. Benigno Quintana hit a great ball. In the 88th minute, Ovidio Frederik got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Joaquin Aires kicked well hit freekick during the 90th minute of the match. Erubiel Modestio was in exellent shape and made a fantastic save when he, in the 90th minute of the match, managed to get hold of the ball after a long shot from Hernán Crespo. After some careless play in the PCD-TIGERS defense, Leo Gudesteo kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Erubiel Modestio. The PCD-TIGERS fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Erubiel Modestio should have stopped the shot. THE PAPAGUACHAS's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
